Clinical Observation Of Small Needle Knife Combined With Knee Abduction Brace In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:Through systems of clinical observation and research,this topic is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of small needle knife combined with valgus bracing in the treatment and practicability of knee osteoarthritis, and to provide an effective treatment plan for the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint.Method:The 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis(medial compartmentosteoarthritis of the knee).was recruited from the department of astrology outpatient clinics in the first affiliated hospital of human university of Chinese medicine.patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group treated with small needle knife combined with valgus bracing;Control group treated with small needle knife combined with sodium hyaluronate These patients were treated for five consecutive weeks. Recorded patients' s VAS score?Lequesne score before treatment and after treatment.Result:1.Group comparison: After treatment of five consecutive weeks,the VAS score, Lequesne score of the two groups were lower than pretherapy(p < 0.05).2.Among groups comparison After treatment of five consecutive weeks,the decreasing VAS score, Lequesne score of treatment group was superior to the control group(p < 0.05)Conclusion:small needle knife combined with valgus bracing to treat medial compartment osteoarthritis of the knee can relieve to local pain symptoms, improve the function of the knee joint of the knee osteoarthritis patients.The curative effect of small needle knife combined with valgus bracing was superior to small needle knife combined with sodium hyaluronate...
