Clinical Observation The Effect Of Exterbal Washing Of Treatment Of Infantile Eczwma

Objective:To observe the effect of external washing treatment of infantile eczema(damp heat immersed syndrome) clinical efficacy, provide the basis for clinical application.Materials and Methods:This study carried out in hunan university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of pediatrics clinics, case collection time: between January 2015 and March 2015, included in 60 cases of infant eczema eligible for observation(hot and humid immersed certificate) of children. Using randomized controlled design methods, the subjects were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases. Groups: treatment group:(1) will be from outside to wash the 15 g 15 g:(rhizoma coptidis, cortex phellodendri, radix scutellariae, 15 g, bitter ginseng 10 g, cortex dictamni, 10 g, 10 g belvedere fruit, honeysuckle 10 g, 10 g herba schizonepetae, windproof, liquorice 10 g 5 g) 2000 ml of water, high heat and boil soft fire again after frying 30 min, filtrate the spare, after being heat cold dip in with soft towels or gauze repeated washing, in skin lesions 10-15 minutes at a time. Observe the end of the course of two groups of children with integral, change of TCM syndrome integral, statistical processing, evaluation the clinical efficacy of two treatment method.Results:In the treatment group, the clinical 5 cases cured, 21 cases were markedly effective, effective in 2 cases, invalid 2 cases, effective rate of 93.3%; control group 1 cases were cured, 13 cases were markedly effective, effective in 10 cases, invalid 6 cases, effective rate was 80%, After treatment in the two groups clinical symptoms, TCM symptom score before treatment, differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05) that are effective treatment in the two groups, between the two groups after treatment of clinical symptoms, TCM syndrome integral comparison, the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05), indicating that the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group.Conclusion:Prove self Washing Treatmentof infant eczema(hotandhumi d steeped Syndrome) significanteffect. And after the treatmentgroup in improving clinicalsymptoms before treatment was significantly better than the control group, and no adverse reactions, suitable for clinical use promotion.
