Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Anus Eczema(The Type Of Downward Flow Of Damp-heat)by Fumigating And Washing With Chushi Weiling Decoction

Objective:Through the clinical experiment research,it is proved that the addition and subtraction of Chushiweiling decoction has more remarkable effect on Anal Eczema of damp-heat downward-pouring type.Methods:In this study,80 patients(including exfoliated cases)with anorectal ECZEMA diagnosed in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were selected.Patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was given the addition and subtraction of damp stomach Ling decoction external fumigation,the control group was given the hospital preparations anal fumigation external fumigation.The improvement of symptoms before and after treatment was carefully observed and recorded in the two groups.SPSS was used for statistical analysis and objective comparison of the treatment effectsResults:Through statistical analysis,the total score of symptoms in Treatment Group and Control Group before treatment was tested by rank sum test,and the results showed that Z 1.592,p 0.111(p>0.05)had statistical significance,indicating that there was no difference between the two groups.By rank sum test,the total score of the treatment group before and after treatment was compared,and the result was Z 5.241,p 0.000(p<0.05).The result showed that there was significant difference between the total score before treatment and after treatment The total score of the control group before and after treatment was Z5.251,p 0.000(p<0.05).The results showed that there was a significant difference between the total score before treatment and after treatment.After treatment,the total score of the treatment group and the Control Group were tested by rank sum test.The results showed that Z 2.975,p 0.003(p<0.05).The results showed that there was significant difference in the total score of symptoms between the two groups,the overall effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The experiment was completed in 72 cases,36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group.Through the clinical experimental research,the addition and subtraction of Chushiweiling decoction and the hospital preparation fumigating and Washing Medicine have certain curative effect to this disease,through statistics the treatment group cured 2 cases,obviously effective 24 cases,effective 7 cases,ineffective 3 cases,the effective rate was 91.67%,the control group cured 1 case,the effective rate was 80.56%in 8 cases,20 cases and 7 cases.On the whole,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the two groups did not have adverse reactions during the treatment process.After 30 days of treatment,the recurrence rate was 14.81%in the treatment group and 42.86%in the control group.It is suggested that the modified decoction for removing dampness and removing weiling is more effective in the clinical treatment of Anal Eczema.The study is safe and effective,No side effects,can be promoted for clinical use.
