The Clinical Observation Of Chinese Medicine Fumigation Washing To Treat The Adhesion After Operation On Flexor Tendons(? Region)in Hands

Purpose:To investigate the clinical effect of lessening adhesion after operati on on flexor tendons(II Region)in hands with Huoxueshujin tang fumig ation washing early and provide relevant basis for clinical treatment.Methods:All cases of this topic come from January 2016 to January 2017 in NO.2 orthopedics and traumatology department of First Affiliated Hosp ital to Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.32 cases that achiev ed the standard of inclusion and exclusion were randomly divided into two group.The treatment group combined Huoxueshujin tang fumigation washing with functional exercise,the control group utilized warm water instead of Huoxueshujin tang.The course were 12 weeks.Using the total Active Movement(TAM)and the vertical distance between fingers and t he palm as systematic evaluation methods for function.All those statistic al data was analyzed by the software of SPSS 19.0.Results:According to those 30 cases with 58 fingers,it was able to improve the function of hands,lessen the adhesion and improve the quality of 1 ives.The treatment group in Huoxueshujin tang fumigation washing comp ared with the control group after 12 weeks.The former was much better than the latter.It has statistical significance(P<0.05).In the process of t he whole treatment,there were no untoward effect reports,such as Traditi onal Chinese Medicine allergy,tendons rupture in secondary surgery,infec tion and so on.Conclusion:1.Patients with Flexor Tendons Injuries(II Region)in Hand early us e Huoxueshujin tang fumigation washing can lesson adhesion after tendo ns repair,and improve the function of hands on a certain extent.2.In this research,there are no untoward effect on flexor tendons In juries(? Region)to fumigate and wish with Huoxueshujin tang.
