Ke Yin Xiao Ban Formula 1 For Psoriasis Of Blood-heat And Wind-excessive Type Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Keyin Xiaoban Formula No.1 on psoriasis of blood-heat and wind-excess type,to provide effective treatment and prescription for psoriasis of blood-heat and wind-excess type with Chinese medicine,and to further promote its application.Methods: According to the principle of randomized control,66 patients with psoriasis of blood-heat and wind-blooming type in dermatology clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,aged from 15 to 60 years.They were divided into treatment group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases).The treatment group was given oral Chinese herbal decoction "Keyin Xiaoban Formula 1",while the control group was given oral Chinese patent medicine "Compound Qingdai Pill".Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.PASI score was performed before and after treatment for8 weeks in both groups,followed up for 2 month after treatment,and the recurrence rate was calculated.SPSS 20.0 software was used to analyze the data to evaluate the efficacy and draw conclusionsResults:1.In the course of collecting cases,there were 1 case in the treatment group and 3 cases in the control group.A total of 62 effective cases were collected,including 32 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the PASI scores of the two groups decreased,but the PASI scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.The total effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group and 63.33% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Ke yin Xiao ban Formula 1 can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of psoriasis patients with blood-heat and wind-excess syndrome,improve the quality of life of patients,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce the recurrence rate,prolong the clinical remission cycle,and provide effective treatment and prescription for psoriasis patients with blood-heat and wind-excess syndrome.
