| Purpose:The content of this topic is a clinical study of dermatology of traditional Chinese medicine,The purpose is to observe the clinical curative effect of XiaoYinTang in treating psoriasis of wind hot and blood dry syndrome,and to confirm the clinical efficacy and safety of XiaoYinTang in treating psoriasis of wind hot and blood dry syndrome.Method: The clinical diagnosis of 60 cases were observed in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of wind hot and blood dry syndrome,using random number table were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group of 30 cases,the treatment group given oral XiaoYinTang treatment,Control group was given oral ZhiXuanKeLi treatment.10 days for a course of treatment,continuous observation of 2-3 courses.Results: This subject demonstrated through clinical observation,the total effective rate was 86.7%;the total effective rate was 70%.After statistical analysis,P <0.05,The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: The clinical observation shows that traditional Chinese medicine XiaoYinTang is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of psoriasis of wind hot and blood dry syndrome. |
