| Objective:Named "Niu Pi Xuan" and "Bai Bi" in Chinese medicine, Psoriasis is a common Chronic inflammatory dermatosis and it' s easy to relapse.It has a high incidence,a long Course,and the adolescent patients increased year by year.It brings patients lots of psychological pressure and Damages their health.In recent years, there was a great progress of research in the pathogenesis and etiology theory of Psoriasis,but still didn' t have definite conclusions.It shows that the immune function of patients with psoriasis has a wide range of abnormalities.In some researches, it indicates that the cell-mediated immunity may play an important role during the whole pathogenesis of patients with psoriasis. Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) is a cytokines with a wide range of biological activity which involved in the regulation of the inflammation and the immune response in the body,and connected with the emergence and development of variety diseases,such as tumors, infections,fever,endotoxin shock,autoimmune diseases,and transplant rejection.In addition,TNF-αhas a role in inflammatory media,it can promote the expression of cell adhesion molecules,the aggregation and the adhesion of inflammatory cells, the expansion and the increasing of permeability of microvessel and so on which belong to the Inflammatory diversifications by promoting the synthesis and release of the inflammatory cytokines, which may associated with the inflammation of psoriasis.IL-8 Which belongs to chemokine superfamilyare can induce the neutrophil chemotaxis to the sites of inflammation,proliferate keratinocytes, enhance the vascular permeability and induce the angiogenesis, which participate in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.There is a high level of IL-8 in the skin lesions and serum of patients with psoriasis.At present,there are many ways in the treatment of psoriasis.Chinese medicine therapy is a indeed effective way for the treatment of psoriasis.It has the characteristics of improving the condition,extending the remission period and low side effects. By using the traditional Chinese medicine for the experimental treatment of blood-heat type psoriasis,to compare the effect between the treatment group of using Qing Re Liang Xue Xiao Bi Decoction and the control group of using compound Qing Dai pill, and to study the effect of TNF-αand IL-8 of the Serum level for treating the Psoriasis of Blood-heat type by using Qing Re Liang Xue Xiao Bi TangMethod:1.The clinical observation of using randomized controlled method, 43 cases of psoriasis patients were divided into treatment group (Qing Re Liang Xue Xiao Bi Decoction group ) and the control group(Compound Qingdai pill group) with treatments for 8 weeks.To observe the erythema,the scales,the degree of infiltration,the changes of systemic symptoms,to do the PASI score before and after the treatment,to evaluate the efficacy and to observe the adverse reactions.2.By using Double antibody sandwich ELISA(DAS-ELISA),to determine the TNF-αand IL-8 of the Serum level of psoriasis patients before and after the treatment when using Qing Re Liang Xue Xiao Bi Decoction.At the same time,to determine these related indicators from 10 normal personsResults:Clinical observation:there are 23 cases in the treatment group, 20 cases in the control group.There is no significant difference (P＞0.05) on PASI score between the two groups before the treatment, and it is comparable.There is Significantly reduce on PASI score in two groups after the treatment(P＜0.05).The overall effect of the two groups are significantly different(P＜0.05).Experimental study:26 cases are detected,16 cases in the treatment group,10 cases in normal control group.The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-8 are higher than normal control group,there is a significant difference(P＜0.05).The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-8 are significantly decreased after the treatment,and there is a significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:1.Compared with the compound Qing Dai pill,there is a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05) on the effect when using Qing Re Liang Xue Xiao Bi Decoction to treat the psoriasis.2.After the treatment by using Qing Re Liang Xue Xiao Bi Decoction, the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-8 are reduced with the improvement of the disease,it suggests that Qing Re Liang Xue Xiao Bi Tang may has a function of adjustment to TNF-αand IL-8 of the Serum level. Its mechanism may be worked in regulating immunity, anti-inflammatory response.
