Yaotuitongning In The Treatment Of Lumbodorsal Pain Of Osteoporosis With Kidney Deficiency And Myeloid Empty Clinical Efficacy Study

Objective: By observing the effect of Yaotuitongning Capsule on lumbar and back pain of osteoporosis with kidney deficiency and pulp vacancy in clinic,we can make a comprehensive evaluation of Yaotuitongning Capsule on lumbar and back pain of osteoporosis with kidney vacancy and pulp vacancy.Methods: The experimental patients were selected from the outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of72 patients were randomly divided into groups according to the inclusion criteria.All the subjects were patients with lumbar and back pain of osteoporosis with kidney deficiency and pulp vacancy.The treatment group was given Yaotuitongning capsule orally,while the control group was given Xianlinggubao capsule orally.The treatment lasted for one month.At the same time,the clinical data of the two groups were recorded.The score of lumbar spine disease score established by Japanese Society of Plastic Surgery in 1984 was used as the criterion.The two groups were scored comprehensively.Finally,the data were processed by statistics.Results: In the treatment of lumbar and back pain in osteoporosis of kidney deficiency and medullary empty type.There was no significant difference between the treatment group of Yaotuitongning Capsule and the control group of Xianlinggubao Capsule.Both drugs can relieve pain symptoms.Conclusion: Yaotuitongning Capsule has a good therapeutic effect on lumbar and back pain of osteoporosis with kidney deficiency and empty pulp.It can be popularized.
