| Purpose: In this study,Yishen Qianggu Formula combined with western medicine was used to treat senile osteoporosis caused by the lack of kidney and blood.The paper studyed the influence of efficacy indexes and safety indexes for patients which were treated in our research,so as to demonstrate the efficacy and as well as the adverse reactions of this treatment scheme,it provides a reference for the study of senile osteoporosis.Methods: A collection of 100 patients with senile osteoporosis who were hospitalized in the geriatric outpatient department of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to December 2020 were divided into two groups according to the sampling method: treatment group(n = 50).Control group(n = 50).Group of patients with drug treatment is Yishen Qianggu Formula joint calcium carbonate D3 tablets and alendronate sodium tablets,and the control group used calcium carbonate D3 and alendronate sodium tablets in the treated patients,and the treatment group and the control group were treated for 3months.General data,visual analogue pain score,TCM clinical symptom score and dual-energy X-ray bone mineral density T value of all patients were collected before and after treatment.The data obtained were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 data Statistics tool.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Yishenqianggu prescription combined with calcium carbonate D3 tablets and alendronate sodium tablets,and the control group was treated with calcium carbonate D3 and alendronate sodium tablets.The treatment period was 3 months.Results:(1)Statistical analysis was conducted on the general items,pain score,TCM clinical symptom score,BMD T value and other factors before treatment between the two groups,and the results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in each value(P>0.05),and the indicators can be compared and analyzed.(2)At the end of treatment,the pain score,TCM clinical symptom score and BMD T value of the control group were improved;after treatment,the pain score,TCM clinical symptom score and BMD value of the treatment group were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant.(3)At the end of treatment,the treatment group had a better effect than the control group in alleviating pain degree,Improving clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine and improving bone mineral density,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).(4)In this study,the total effective rate after treatment was compared between the two groups: the combined treatment of Yishen Qianggu Formula reached 93.88%,while the combined treatment of basic treatment only reached 87.76%,the former had a better treatment effect,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)During the study period,no complications such as osteoporotic fracture and hypercalcemia occurred in the effective cases of the two groups(a total of 98 cases).There was1 case of severe constipation(1 case in the treatment group),1 case of severe insomnia(1 case in the treatment group),and the other cases did not show serious side effects.No significant differences in blood routine,Ca,P,alkaline phosphatase,or coagulation function were found during and after treatment.Conclusions: The therapeutic method of Yishen Qianggu Formula combined with calcium carbonate D3 tablets and Alendronate sodium tablet has a significant therapeutic effect on reducing pain degree,Improving clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine and increasing bone density,kidney deficiency syndrome and blood stasis in elderly patients with osteoporosis is better than the basic treatment method using only western medicine. |
