Clinical Curative Effect Obzercation Of GuBao Capsule Therapy Old Men Primary Osteoporosis

Objectives: Through the observation of Gubao capsule for the treatment of liver and kidney in old male deficient primary osteoporosis clinical efficacy, the use of nourishing the liver and kidney method and with calcium supplements in the treatment of senile male primary osteoporosis, exploring and discussing the advantages of the disease and the clinical feasibility of treated by combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine preparation.Methods: 60 old male patients with primary osteoporosis were collected,randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Two groups were given Caltrate D and Al fahidi three foundation treatment, according to the severity of give anti osteoporosis drugs such as Fu, the good and the beautiful, Miacalcic, Aclasta therapy. On this basis, the experimental group patients with Gubao capsule orally. Clinical observation of 6 months, recorded two groups of patients with clinical manifestations and laboratory findings.Results: After comparing the clinical efficacy, TCM symptoms score, the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, and with statistical significance. Before and after treatment, the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms, bone conversion index, testosterone were significantly different, the test group was better than the control group.Conclusion: In foundation treatment and anti osteoporosis treatment, combined with Gubao capsule in the treatment effect is obvious.Gubao capsule in the treatment of senile male liver and kidney deficiency type primary osteoporosis treatment effect significantly, and no obvious adverse reactions. The side effect of the method is small, safe and convenient for patients to accept, and the calcium supplement sharing function is good, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
