Clinical And Retrospective Study Of Yaotuitongning Capsule In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:1.To make a retrospective study of the use of Yaotuitongning Capsules in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation was conducted,and the regularity of its use was found.2..Through clinical comparative research,explore the clinical efficacy of Yaotuitongning Capsule in treating blood stasis syndrome in lumbar disc herniation,and provide scientific data for its wide application in the clinic.Methods:1.To make a retrospective study of the use of waist and leg pain capsules and the efficacy of archived medical records of patients with lumbar disc herniation from November 2014 to October 2017 was performed.Statistics on the syndromes of all patients treated with Yaotuitongning capsules for LDH,The package will be preliminarily summarized as blood stasis syndrome,including qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,blood stasis and qi stagnation syndrome,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and other types of syndromes.Summarized as \non-blood stasis syndrome.The results were calculated using Microsoft Office Excel 2016 and SPSS19.0 statistical software.The results were tested by rank sum test and chi-square test.2.At the same time,according to the diagnosis and inclusion criteria in this article,30 outpatients from the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.The randomized controlled grouping method was used to assign qualified subjects at a ratio of 1: 1 to the experimental group I(treated with Yaotuitongning capsules)and the experimental group II(treated with Danlutongdu tablets),with 15 patients in each group.After the end of 2 consecutive courses of treatment,the effect evaluation was performed,and the J0 A score,VAS score,and TCM syndrome score were used as clinical efficacy observation indicators to make a scientific and effective evaluation.Results:1.The statistical analysis of retrospective cases showed that the total number of cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated with Yaotuitongning Capsules was 1747,and the number of patients with blood stasis syndrome was 1309,a proportion of about 75.0%.The number of patients was 438,accounting for approximately 25.0%.2.The statistical analysis of the experimental group I and experimental group II before and after treatment showed the results:(1)The J0 A score,VAS score,and TCM syndrome score were used to compare the two groups within the group,P<0.05,suggesting that the symptoms of the two groups after treatment All improved;compared between groups,P<0.05,suggesting that the improvement of symptoms in test group I was better than that in test group II.(2)After the clinical efficacy evaluation was applied,the total effective rate of the test group I was 80%,and the total effective rate of the test group II was 66.7%,P>0.05,suggesting that the efficacy of the two groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion: Yaotuitongning Capsule has good clinical efficacy and safety in treating lumbar disc herniation(blood stasis syndrome),and is worthy of popularization and application.
