Research On The Growth Of Aier Eye Hospital Based On Harvard Analysis Framework

With the continuous development of China's economy and the strengthening of people's demand for medical services,the state supports private capital to enter the medical industry.In this background,some specialized hospitals have booming development.With the domestic capital market improving and the vigorous development of the medical industry,the quantity and quality of medical companies which go public in China than ever before have made progress.As the choice favored by investors,the enterprise's growth and development space is particularly important.Based on the above,this paper selected Aier Eye Hospital,the largest specialized hospital in China,as the research object.Based on the data of Aier Eye Hospital from 2013 to 2017,this paper analyzed the growth of Aier Eye Hospital.Firstly,the research background,significance,contents and methods of this paper,and the relevant concepts and theoretical basis involved in this paper are explained.Secondly,introduces the research object--Aier Eye Hospital's basic situation and the main financial data,and compared the financial data with the same industry listed companies(Tongce Medical and ARSMO),from strategy analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis and prospect analysis,studies the management circumstance and analyze its growth of Aier Eye Hospital.Its external growth ability is very strong,enterprise development potential is huge.We conclude that Aier Eye Hospital has good growth.However,problems still exist in endogenous growth,such as insufficient investment in research and development,rising financial risks and declining operational capacity,In the end,the author puts forward some Suggestions:Attach importance to scientific research and technological upgrading,expand the financing channels of enterprises and adopt a prudent expansion strategy.Hope this paper can help Aier Eye Hospital find the existing problems and improve the growth of the enterprise.At the same time,provide the reference on management and development to industry enterprises.And provide some help for investors who want to choose enterprises with excellent growth ability.
