Financial Analysis Of Aier From 2014 To 2018 Based On The Harvard Analytical Framework

With the development of the social economy and the medical reform,more and more private hospitals are springing up,breaking the traditional pattern of monopoly in public hospitals.Good policies have brought development to private hospitals,but private hospitals are still facing challenges in technology,capital,management,operation,talent,taxation and so on.The emergence of a large number of private hospitals has also intensified competition within the industry.This article takes Aier ophthalmology as an example,selects its 2014 to 2018 financial statements as the research object,selects Harvard analysis framework,and analyzes Aier Ophthalmology from four dimensions of strategic analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis and prospect analysis,using literature research,case analysis,comparative analysis and trend analysis.Strategic analysis,through Porter's Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis method to analyze the current situation of Al Ophthalmology,to provide a basis for the following analysis.In the aspect of accounting analysis,according to the key accounting subjects,the accounting policies are analyzed and evaluated to assess whether the selection of accounting policies is appropriate and whether the business transactions are truly reflected.In the aspect of financial analysis,through the balance sheet,profit statement and cash flow statement,and through the analysis of its solvency,profitability,operation ability and growth ability index,the financial control ability is evaluated.In the aspect of prospect analysis,the future development potential of Er ophthalmology was predicted.Through the analysis of this article,the following conclusions are drawn: the current development strategy of Er Ophthalmology is compatible with its current environmental factors,and accounting policy is relatively stable,the level of financial management is in the upstream level of the same industry,the overall development trend is good,and its sales revenue tends to be the first in the same industry.However,on the basis of expanding its scale,Al Ophthalmology should pay attention to brand image,strengthen crisis public relations,strengthen the construction of talent team,improve the internal management level of enterprises,strengthen hospital capital operation,improve inventory turnover rate,improve receivables turnover rate and shorten the average collection period.Increase operating cash flow income and reduce financing cash flow.In this paper,the Harvard analysis framework is used to analyze the current situation of Al Ophthalmology,hoping to provide a basis for the company's relevant personnel decision-making,and provide some reference for other industries.
