At present,the prevalence of myopia among adolescents in China is increasing year by year,and the proportion of high myopia is also increasing.How to effectively control the growth of juvenile myopia will be more and more concerned.Faced with such a serious myopia growth problem,the best solution to control the growth of myopia in China is to wear orthokeratology.As the leading professional orthokeratology in China,how to make more patients with myopia control need choose orthokeratology has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article starts from the representative hospitals of Aier Eye Hospital Group,according to the theory of lean thinking and combined with the characteristics of Aier Eye Hospital Group 's Orthokeratology Project,this paper collects the relevant data of the project,fully analyses the current situation of the project development,and puts forward a set of continuous improvement project operation capability centered on patients.Firstly,the value flow chart is drawn with lean thinking to eliminate the waste that can not create value for patients,and to solve the problem of balance between patients queuing in busy hours and optometrists' unsaturated work of the spare time by optimizing the process,appointment management and establishing VIP channels.Secondly,we should pay attention to each patient,and improve the customer management system from three aspects: customer archiving,customer maintenance and customer secondary development,so as to improve patient satisfaction.Finally,Finally,6S management is used as a starting point to change employees' behavior habits,and tools such as fishbone diagram,5why analysis method and PDCA-based A3 report can be used to enhance employees' ability to actively discover problems,analyze problems and solve problems,and work in continuous improvement to form a lean Culture.The proposal for lean improvement of the Orthokeratology project has been piloted in some hospitals of the Aier Eye Hospital Group.It is known from the feedback that the satisfaction is very high.In the future,we will summarize the effective scheme in the pilot project and form a standardized operation process,which will be fully rolled out across the country.At the same time,the unsatisfactory programs will continue to improve,constantly explore and summarize.This paper comprehensively analyzed the practical problems existing in the development process of the Orthokeratology Project of Aier Eye Hospital Group,and put forward a systematic and continuous improvement plan using lean thinking.Its successful experience can provide an effective reference basis and practica l guide for the domestic Corneal Plastic Lens Orthokeratology Project.
