A Study On The Effective Control Of Financial Risks In Aier Eye Hospital

The progress of the medical industry plays an irreplaceable role in improving people's health and happiness.In China,with the change of market environment after the reform and opening up,the mode of public hospitals as the main and private medical institutions as the supplement was put forward.With the encouragement of a large number of favorable policies,enterprises in the current situation of the medical industry are selected and analyzed.First,the development achievements of the enterprises are tried to be protected and the possible financial risks need to be prevented in time.The second is to deeply analyze the development of the enterprise,hoping to give some inspiration and guidance to other growing enterprises in the industry.In this paper,after the study of domestic and foreign literature analysis,first from the theory of the types of financial risk,the causes and financial risk control measures,and explain the need to use in this paper to the financial evaluation methods;Secondly,Aier Eye Hospital,is selected as the object of analysis,and the development status and management characteristics of the company are briefly introduced from multiple perspectives.In order to accurately grasp the risk status of the enterprise,firstly,F score model and Dupont analysis method are used to analyze and evaluate the operating status of the enterprise as a whole by using quantitative indicators,and the internal variables of the model are deeply analyzed,and the possible financial risk points of the enterprise are analyzed by using univariate analysis.The second is to find out the unquantifiable index that the enterprise has influence on;Thirdly,combined with the results of each evaluation model and the actual operating situation of the enterprise,the financial risk point of the enterprise is analyzed and explained.Finally,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the causes of the risk.This paper holds that an enterprise can reduce the possibility of financial risk from three aspects: maintaining sufficient cash flow,controlling the possibility of large goodwill impairment,and constructing financial indicators that are more suitable for the specific situation of the enterprise as the basis for operating decisions.The research in this paper provides theoretical guidance for Aier ophthalmology to control the existing financial risks,and also has certain reference significance for enterprises with similar development models.
