At present,along with our country economic development,the enterprise scale is gradually expanding,management of an enterprise operator's demand is higher and higher,operators need to input energy is becoming more and more gradually beyond the capability of the operator,the resulting separation of ownership and management,in order to reduce principal-agent cost,and to maximize the enterprise value,more and more companies adopt equity incentive to solve this problem.Equity incentive gives employees a better chance to work for the company by giving them a stake in the company.Gem since 09 opened in China,more and more companies are beginning to implement equity incentive plan,because most of the gem for the high-tech enterprises,they are the characteristics of high growth,and generally younger employees,so compared to give them the compensation or other short-term incentive,employees want to be able to get more long-term interests,so the equity incentive in the gem also became hot,of course,in the process of implementation,there are many problems,there have been some successful cases.Based on the case analysis,this paper combines the three equity incentives of aier eye hospital to explore the factors that restrict the equity incentive in eyer's eye through the comparative analysis of the three equity incentives.This article first introduces the concept of equity incentive related,including related theories and literature review,the second for love's eye the three times of equity incentive situation are introduced,and three times the equity incentive in right condition,incentives,object scope and awarded the differences are analyzed,and then from the profitability,agency cost,growth ability and the change of stock price several aspects has carried on the comparison and analysis,by analyzing find love eye equity incentive factors,finally aimed at restricting factors,put forward countermeasures and Suggestions.Through the love's eye contrastive analysis of the equity incentive,think on the stimulus plan,shall reasonably change the past a single equity incentive models for a variety of combinations of mixed mode,and the time limit for the reasonable unlock a flexible way of exercise,at the same time should be actively expanding the scope of the incentive,equity incentive and staff positions should be dynamic together,let each staff in this position it can all be on the post to the company sufficient incentives.Inthe aspect of internal assessment system,the performance evaluation index should be increased,the information disclosure system should be improved,and short-term behaviors should be eliminated to ensure the effectiveness of equity incentive.
