Objects:1.To Understand the status quo of professional identity of undergraduate nursing students in Anhui Province;2.To explore the influencing factors of professional identity of undergraduate nursing students in Anhui Province;3.Suggestions for improving the professional identity of nursing undergraduates.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1220 nursing undergraduates from 4medical colleges and 1 comprehensive college in Anhui Province.The self-compiled general information questionnaire,the“Professional Identity Questionnaire for Nursing Students”,the “Social Support Scale” and the “Professional Self-Efficacy Table for Nursing Students” were used,and the reliability and validity of the scale were tested.Statistical analysis was performed on quantitative data using SPSS 22.0.The qualitative study adopts the phenomenological method,and uses the purpose sampling method to select the nursing students of a medical college in Anhui Province to conduct qualitative interviews,and repeatedly read the qualitative data,summarize and extract the theme.Result:1.A total of 1220 questionnaires were distributed in this study,and 1220 questionnaires were collected.The recovery rate was 100%,of which 1058 were valid questionnaires,and the effective recovery rate was 86.70%.A total of 15 undergraduate nursing students were interviewed in this study,including 8 boys and 7 girls;3 of them were freshmen,4 of them were Sophomores,4 of them were in the third grade,and 4 of them were in the fourth grade.2.In this study,the total score of professional identity of nursing undergraduates in Anhui Province was 54.07±9.07.Nursing undergraduates scored the highest in social comparison and self-reflection,which was 3.51±0.61,followed by social persuasion3.48±0.78,occupational choice autonomy 3.44±0.73,occupational self-concept 3.04±0.74,retention benefit and separation.The risk is 2.86±0.74.3.T-test,non-parametric test and analysis of variance showed that the nursing students in different grades have significant differences in the three dimensions of professional self-concept,retention benefit and turnover risk,professional autonomy and professional identity scores;Nursing undergraduates have differences in all five dimensions;girls' scores and overall scores are higher than boys',but only in social comparisons and self-reflection and overall scores are significantly different.4.T-test,non-parametric test and analysis of variance showed that the influencing factors of nursing undergraduate professional identity are: internship time,place of residence,father's education level,mother's education level,family education,whether there is part-time experience,whether it is class Cadres,whether they actively participate in various activities,hobbies,physical exercise,school performance,whether there is a nursing predecessor,whether they are willing to change the profession and choose the nursing profession.5.Multiple regression analysis showed that:(1)Problem-solving ability,professional cognition,professional attitude and belief,hobbies and maternal education were the predictors of the total score of nursing undergraduate professional identity,and five variables explained the nursing undergraduate students.The total score of professional identity was 61.3%.The regression equation was: professional identity=7.318+0.314*ability to solve problems+0.269* professional cognition+0.283*professional attitude and belief+0.071*hobbies-0.062 * education degree of mothers;(2)The total score of professional self-concept and the predecessors with or without worship were the predictors of the professional self-concept score of nursing undergraduates.The explanatory power of the two variables to the dependent variable was increased to 54.4%,and the regression equation was: professional self.Concept score=-3.661+0.705*professional self-efficacy total score+0.098*with or without the care of the predecessors.(3)The total score of occupational self-efficacy energy and the predecessors with or without worship were the predictors of retention benefit and turnover risk.The explanatory power of the two is dependent on the dependent variable was 47.4%.The regression equation was: retention benefit and turnover risk score =-2.443 + 0.696 *Professional Self-Efficacy Total Score-0.049*Hobbies.(4)Occupational self-efficacy energy scores,hobbies and social support were the predictors of social comparison and self-reflection scores of nursing undergraduates.The interpretation rate of the three variables for dependent variables was 22.3%,and the regression equation was: social comparison and self Reflective score=3.427+0.412*professional self-efficacy total score+0.127*hobbies+0.069*total social support score;(5)Professional self-efficacy energy was the predictive factor of the autonomy score of nursing undergraduate career choice,However,the interpretation rate was only 2.4%,and the interpretation rate was low.The regression equation was: the autonomy score of career choice=3.427+0.159*total score of professional self-efficacy;(6)The total score of occupational self-efficacy energy,hobbies and social support.It was the predictive factor of social persuasion for nursing undergraduates.The explanatory power of the three was 6.4% for the dependent variable.The regression equation was: social persuasion score=3.851+0.191*professional self-efficacy total score+0.092*social support total score + 0.068* Is there a nursing predecessor of worship6.After analyzing the qualitative interview data,seven topics were extracted:professional awareness,professional needs,career planning,professional accomplishment,professional value and social status,professionall emotion and professional honor and disgrace.There were 6 factors influencing the professional identity of nursing undergraduates: individuals,schools,peer groups,clinical experience,hospital working environment and mass media.Conclusion:1.The level of professional identity of undergraduate nursing students in Anhui Province was still needed to be improved;2.University plays a key role in nursing undergraduates' formation of their professional identity3.Family factors have a profound impact on individual career choices.
