| Objective:Nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy(1H NMR)was used to investigate the effects and differences of moxibustion and acupuncture on the metabolism of substances in the gastric tissues of normal SD rats, and the differences between moxibustion and acupuncture were discussed from the perspective of metabolites. Methods: normal SD rats were selected as subjects,Choose acupuncture and moxibustion as the intervention means to act on zusanli and liangqiu points,The normal group, moxibustion group and acupuncture group were set up.1H NMR technology was used to detect the changes of gastric metabolites. Results: as can be seen from the PCA scores of the rats in each group, the metabolism of gastric tissue in the acupuncture group and the moxibustion group was changed, and acupuncture and moxibustion had an effect on the metabolism of gastric tissue in normal SD rats.(1)OPLS-DA analysis found that acupuncture group rats compared with normal rats stomach tissue with five metabolites concentration obviously higher:glutathione, succinic acid,3-hydroxy butyric acid,N-acetyl aspartic acid, formic acid, three metabolites concentration is significantly reduced, pantothenic acid, lactose, hypoxanthine, acupuncture mainly affects the stomach tissue of amino acid metabolism, nucleic acid metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism;(2)Moxibustion group rats compared with normal rats stomach tissue in 7 metabolites concentration significantly higher: glutathione,N,N-dimethyl glycine, lysine, serine, adenine ribonucleotide, uridine diphosphate glucose, adenosine diphosphate, four metabolites concentration significantly reduced: alanine,nmda,U-3,hypoxanthine,moxibustion mainly affects the stomach tissue of energy metabolism, amino acid metabolism, nucleic acid metabolism, phosphate metabolism;(3)The acupuncture group andmoxibustion group two groups of rats with gastric tissue metabolites significantly increased compared with six metabolites concentration: glutathione, lysine, serine, adenine ribonucleotide, hypoxanthine, adenosine diphosphate,10 metabolites concentration significantly reduced: 3-hydroxy butyric acid, alanine, glutamic acid,N,N-acetyl aspartic acid, aspartic acid,U-3,inosine,nicotinamide adenosine, uridine. It can be seen that both of them have an impact on the metabolism of amino acid, energy, nucleic acid and antioxidant in gastric tissues.Compared with acupuncture, moxibustion has a stronger regulating effect on energy metabolism of gastric tissues Conclusion:1.The effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on gastric metabolism in normal SD rats were different.2.Acupuncture and moxibustion both affect the energy metabolism, amino acid metabolism, nucleic acid metabolism and antioxidant metabolism of gastric tissue.Moxibustion has a stronger regulatory effect on energy metabolism of gastric tissue. |
