Objective:Through acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion and acupuncture combined with moxibustion to treat chronic superficial gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach,the clinical effect is compared,which provides a more efficient and safe treatment scheme for chronic superficial gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach.Methodology:Sixty-six cases of chronic superficial gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 33 cases,the final completion of 63 cases,shedding 3 cases.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion,and the control group was treated with acupuncture combined with moxibustion with moxa.All of them were treated with Zhongwan,Zusanli,Neiguan,Gongsun,Shenque,Qihai,Pi Yu and Wei Yu for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the scores of digestive tract symptoms and the degree of HP infection were recorded,and the statistical data were analyzed after the course of treatment,and the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:(1)Clinical symptom score before and after treatmentBefore and after treatment,the total clinical symptom score and each clinical symptom score were compared between the two groups,and the P< was 0.05,which indicated that both groups had curative effect.after treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms of the two groups was compared P=0.027<0.05,which indicated that there was a significant difference in the improvement of clinical symptoms between the two groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group.After treatment,the two groups in the epigastric pain,abdominal distention,loose stools and other clinical symptoms of improvement P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group of epigastric pain,epigastric distention,loose stool three symptoms better than the control group.(2)EfficiencyThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,the recovery rate was35.48%,the total effective rate of the control group was 93.75%,and the recovery rate was 12.5%.Through the rank sum test statistical calculation,Z=-1.971,PZ=0.049<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.(3)Hp level of infection clearanceThe HP infection clearance effect of the two groups of subjects was analyzed and obtained P<0.05,indicating that both groups had significant clearance effect.after treatment,the HP infection degree of the two groups of subjects was compared and obtained Z=-2.109,PZ=0.035<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that there was a difference in the degree of HP infection between the two groups,indicating that the treatment group had a stronger effect on the clearance of HP infection than the control group.Conclusions:1.For the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach,acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion and acupuncture combined with moxa moxibustion have remarkable curative effect in improving clinical symptoms,improving effective rate,clearing HP infection.2.For the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach,acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion is superior to acupuncture combined with moxibustion in improving clinical symptoms,improving efficiency,clearing HP infection degree.3.Acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach has the advantages of high cure rate,good curative effect and small side effect,which provides a more efficient treatment method for clinical treatment of deficiency of spleen and stomach cold type CSG.
