Effects Of Yinxieping Pills On Notch1、Jagged1 Expression Of In Skin Lesion Of Psoriasis-Like BALB/c Mice Models

Objective: To observe the effect on Yinxieping pills via Psoriasis-like BALB/c mice model induced by imiquimod and the expression of Notch1,Jagged1 in signal pathway and to detect the possible mechanism of the Yinxieping pills on treating psoriasis.Methods: 48 BALA/c female mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,acitretin capsule group,Yinxieping Pills high,middle and low dose group.All of the mice were extremely depilated on the back.In addition to mice back skin of the normal group were coated with medical Vaseline cream once a day,the rest of the mice were coated imiquimod cream once a day,continuously for 8 days.During the process of making models,all the mice were operated by intragastric administration at the same time,the normal group and the model group were treated with normal saline once a day,the acitretin capsule group,Yinxieping Pills high dose,middle dose,low dose groups were treated the corresponding drugs solution by gavage once a day,also continuously for 8 days.The back of skin from the mice were collected after 24 hours of the last intragastric administration,the psoriasis area and serenty index of the skin in the back of mice was observed and recorded.Morphological observation,HE staining,immunohistochemical detection.Results:(1)The PASI score of the skin in the back of psoriasis-like BALA/c mice of Yinxieping Pills high dose,middle dose,low dose groups,acitretin capsule group and model group compared with normal group had statistical significance(P<0.05).The PASI score of the skin in the back of psoriasis-like BALA/c mice of Yinxieping Pills high dose,middle dose,low dose groups,acitretin capsule group compared with modelgroup had statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)The histopathologic changes in skin lesions of Yinxieping Pills high dose,middle dose and low dose groups to varying degrees to lighter than the model control group.(3)The result of immunohistochemical detection and relative expression of mRNA from the Notch1 and Jagged1 of the model group is hiher than the normal group.Conclusion:(1)Yinxieping pills can alleviate the PASI score and have the meliorative effect on Psoriasis-like BALB/c mice model in skin lesions induced by imiquimod.(2)The pathogenesis of psoriasis is probably related with the signal pathway of Notch1 and Jagged1.(3)Yinxieping pills has certain therapeutic effct on treatment of psoriasis via reducing the expression of Notch1 and Jagged1.
