Objective:This study adopts Kirkpatrick's four-level evaluation model to comprehensively evaluate the effect of humanities practice skills training, evaluates the shortcomings in the training process, proposes optimization strategies, improves training management, promotes better implementation of humanities practice skills training, and improves humanities. The medical practice skills training system provides relevant evidence for the training of medical students adapted to the modern hospital management system. At the same time,in this study, scientific, systematic and operability evaluation tools will be formed to provide theoretical support for the management of humanities medical practice skills training in Guangxi base, and then promote the progress and development of the base. Methods : This study used a cross-sectional survey to conduct a questionnaire survey and interviews with all medical students in the 48 th to 50 th stages of the Guangxi Medical Base in China from October 2017 to December 2018.According to the Koch evaluation model, four The characteristics of the dimension are systematically and comprehensively analyzed using different research methods. For the basic information of medical students, statistical description method is adopted;for medical students to participate in training satisfaction analysis and theoretical test score analysis, statistical description method,t test, analysis of variance;for comparison before and after training,self-evaluation and others evaluation(teacher Differences in classmates, differences in medical communication skills and occupational identity of medical students who did not participate in the training, using the ?2 test. The software used mainly includes SPSS20.0,EXCEL and so on.Results:In this study, the medical students of the 48 th to 50 th phases of the Chinese Medical Humanities Professional Skills Training(Guangxi)Base were selected as the survey subjects. The majority of them were female students(74.7%),with sophomores and junior highs.Grade(80.7%)students are the mainstays, mainly in clinical medicine and general medicine(83.3%).The main reason for not attending training is the low personal economic level or the low practical value of the certificate.According to the four dimensions of Kirkpatrick's evaluation model,it is divided into reaction layer assessment, learning layer assessment, behavioral layer assessment, and result layer assessment. The specific effect evaluation results are as follows:(1)Reactive layer: the average score of medical students on the overall evaluation of training(4.16±0.74),the average score of the general professional evaluation is(3.94±0.73)points;(2)Learning level: After the training, the medical students have an understanding of the humanities and doctors and patients communication theory knowledge before training.Further improvement, but the understanding and mastery changes are small, the qualification rate of qualification examinations is 99.3%,but the excellent rate is 0.2%;(3)Behavioral level: the medical students who have been in clinical practice for 6 months after training have mastered the communication skills of doctors and patients Self-evaluation of the situation>Evaluation of students> Evaluation by teachers, and the evaluation difference of some items was statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)Results layer: 12 months after clinical internship, participated in training and did not participate in training The differences in doctor-patient communication skills between medical students were small, but the medical recognition of medical students who participated in the training was higher than that of medical students who did not participate in the training(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the whole, the Chinese doctors' humanities practice skills training Guangxi base provides medical students with humanities medical practice skills(doctoral communication skills)training, which has certain positive significance for improving their humanities literacy and doctor-patient communication skills,so continuous training is required. However, the deficiencies in the training should be adjusted. The problems and suggestions in this study are mainly as follows:(1)The follow-up survey of four classes of general medicine and clinical medicine found that nearly half of the medical students did not participate in the training because the qualification value of the qualification certificate was low and the training cost was low and low.Non-compulsory courses, etc.,it is recommended to improve relevant system programs and improve the management level of the base;(2)medical students are satisfied with the overall evaluation of the training, and for some professions such as the whole department, the satisfaction of all aspects is low,it is recommended to optimize the training mode and method,Exploring personalized training content;(3)Medical students' understanding and mastery of humanities and medicines before and after training are small, and the qualification rate of qualification examinations is low.It is recommended to strengthen base teacher training and improve teachers' teaching ability;(4)Training and assessment methods are single. There is a small gap in communication skills between untrained medical students and doctors. It is recommended to implement diversified assessment methods to strengthen the connection between training and clinical practice.(5)To promote the development and progress of Guangxi training bases,it is recommended to strengthen training quality monitoring and improve training effects, improve evaluation and feedback mechanism.
