Medical Social Work Involved In Rehabilitation Servce For Patients With Hemiplegia

With the development and progress of domestic social work,the field and scope of social work has been continuously expanded,and the content of work has been gradually enriched.Among them,medical social work has obvious development and progress,and on the basis of existing medical social work,seek better.Development,hospitals are also paying more and more attention to social work related content.At the same time,the relevant work of the hospital also requires relevant content of social work.Therefore,in recent years,medical social work has received more and more attention.On the one hand,the practice of medical social work is constantly developing,and on the other hand,the research on medical social work is constantly developing and enriching.Through an internship at a rehabilitation hospital in Chongqing,the author has some understanding of the social work related content of the hospital.At the same time,due to the long-term contact with patients and family members during the internship,he has some thoughts on the social work intervention of hemiplegia patients,not only From the perspective of the patient's own advantages,the patient's own potential can be exerted to help solve his own problems.It also has an important impact on the patient's rehabilitation from the social environment in which the patient is located,including the family,the hospital district,the community,and the social and cultural system.To the importance of the social environment of rehabilitation,this article considers the involvement of social work in patients with hemiplegia from the perspective of real life.This paper first discusses the background,purpose,significance and research design of the research,and then reviews the medical social work and related research through relevant concept definition,theoretical basis,literature review,and then collects data through questionnaires and interviews,and also uses participatory observation.To increase the understanding of patients with hemiplegia,and to analyze the current status,problems and causes of hemiplegia patients' rehabilitation,and then analyze the intervention of social work on patients from the medical social work intervention practice of hemiplegia patients,and use a case as an example.Completely show the involvement of patients in medical social work.Finally,it is the summary,suggestion and reflection on the intervention of patients with hemiplegia in medical social work.Based on questionnaires,interview data and internship practice,the paper uses quantitative and qualitative research methods to analyze and summarize the causes of rehabilitation of patients from the three levels of physiology,psychology and society,and to combine the problems found in the actual social work service process.Try to solve these problems,objectively evaluate,formulate intervention programs,use medical social work professional methods and knowledge skills,reduce the psychological pressure of the client,and use the advantages of perspective,energy-enhancing theory,cognitive behavioral therapy to help the client solve problems from all aspects.To explore the involvement of medical social work in patients with hemiplegia,hoping to have some significance for future research.
