Objective The study is to explore the impact of social workers on the patients of Demobilized soldiers with schizophrenia in the family bed model, and to provide experience for Demobilized soldier rehabilitation of family hospital beds and social worker support in the future. Methods 120 cases of family bed demobilized soldiers patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into contrast group and observation group,60 cases in each group. The contrast group is the routine service group of the family bed.The observation group is on the basis of the social worker intervention group.two groups were assessed by positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS),general self-efficacy scale(GSES),Personal and social performance scale(PSP)at forth, eighth and twelfth week. Results 1.Compared with the contrast group, there was no significant difference in SAPS and SANS scores between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).At 4th Weekend,SAPS scale scores of observer Group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).but the SAPS scale scores between two groups at 8th,12 th weekend showed that the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).The scores of SANS scale in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the contrast group at different time points(P<0.01).The observation group:The scores of SAPS at the end of the 4th week, the 8th week and the 12 th week were significantly different from that before the intervention(P <0.05).SANS scales showed no significant difference(P>0.05),before or after the intervention at 4th weeks, while at 8th week and 12 th week significantly decreased(P<0.05).The contrast group: There was a significant difference between the end of the 12 th week and the pre-enrollment group(P<0.05).SANS Scale scores showed no significant difference(P>0.05)after 4 week. After 8 weeks and 12 weeks, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.At the begining and end of 4th week, the PSP scores of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).PSP Scale scores of the observation group were higher than the contrast group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks PSP scale scores of two groups patients were significantly different(P<0.01).The observation group: There was no significant difference in PSP scale before the fourth week after intervention(P> 0.05).At the end of 8th week and 12 th week, the PSP scale score was significantly higher than that before intervention(P<0.05).The contrast group: There was no significant difference in PSP scale between the end of the 4th week, the 8th week and the pre-enrollment group(P> 0.05).There was a significant difference between the end of the 12 th week and the pre-enrollment group(P <0.05).3.At the end of 4th week, the GSES scores of the two groups were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).After 8 week, observation group GSES Scale score was higher compared with the contrast group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12 weeks,GSES scale scores of two groups patients were significantly different(P<0.01).The observation group: There was no significant difference in GSES scale before the fourth week after intervention(P> 0.05).At the end of 8th week and 12 th week, the GSES scale score was significantly higher than that before intervention(P<0.05).The contrast group: There was no significant difference in GSES scale between the end of the 4th week, the 8th week and the p re-enrollment group(P> 0.05).There was a significant difference between the end of the 12 th week and the pre-enrollment group(P <0.05).Conclusions 1.Social worker intervention can improve psychiatric symptoms, particularly negative symptoms,in schizophrenic patients with family-bed patterns.2.Social worker intervention enhances self-confidence in patients with schizophrenia in the family bed model and improves the ability of patients to deal with family and social problems.3.Social workers intervention improves the personal and social functions in schizophrenic patients in the family model and promotes their social regression.4.Social workers intervention in the work of family beds provides reference that it can further promote the rehabilitation of the demobilized soldier patients with schizophrenia.
