Research On Communication Discourse Of Medical Social Workers

With the continuous development of the medical institution system,medical social workers have been popularized all over the country and become an integral part of the medical and health system.However,in the mainland,the medical social workers started late,the development of the medical social workers system is not complete,and the medical social workers lack certain communication and cooperation ability in clinical practice.Therefore,the author tries to study the communication language of the medical social workers,so as to improve their ability to interact with patients,patients' families and doctors.What is more,so as to obtain the first-hand information of patients' physiology,psychology and society,Then we can evaluate the patients,help them to meet specific health needs,solve practical difficulties,and provide targeted psychological guidance.At the same time,we can promote the formation of good doctor-patient relationship as a third party between the hospital and patients.Therefore,the author uses the opportunity of internship in Shanghai h hospital to study the interactive language of four social workers and patients,patients' families in different fields(ward,doctor's office,group activity room).The author used case study and participatory observation in qualitative research methods in h hospital.The interactive language is mainly divided into the following three types: life language,medical professional language and Social work professional language.In different fields,the application mode of these interactive languages is different.The author tries to explore them which is worth learning.At the same time,in the practice of clinical medical social work,the communication discourse of medical social workers is incomplete.This paper also points out the problems of communication discourse of medical social workers,and puts forward suggestions for the improvement of communication language of medical social workers?...
