The Influence Of Working Environment On Doctors' Psychological Empowerment

Doctors have knowledge of medicine and health,engaged in medical diagnosis and rescue work.Doctors' working status and professional development have become the focus of social and hospital attention,psychological empowerment of doctors is an important part of the study of doctors' professional development.Looking at the findings of scholars at home and abroad,psychological empowerment of doctors is closely related to their working environment.Based on this,this paper studies the perceived working environment and psychological empowerment of doctors from the perspective of psychology and management,to explore the influence of working environment on doctors' psychological empowerment.This paper reviews the related theories of working environment and doctors' psychological empowerment,on the basis of the existing achievements,the theoretical model of the relationship between them is established.A questionnaire survey was conducted among doctors in 20 hospitals in Shanxi,inner Mongolia and Shandong,a total of 400 questionnaires were distributed,of which 384 were valid.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by SPSS and LISREL software,structural Model of work environments impact on doctors' psychological empowerment based on structural equation model,the work environment scale and doctors' psychological empowerment scale designed in this paper are verified.Among them,the work environment scale consists of three dimensions: physical environment,psychological environment and cultural environment,psychological empowerment scale consists of four dimensions: work meaning,autonomy,self-efficacy and work influence.The empirical study shows that there is a positive correlation between physical environment and doctors' psychological empowerment in terms of work significance,autonomy,self-efficacy and work influence.doctors' psychological environment is positively correlated with the work significance,self-efficacy and work influence of doctors' psychological empowerment,the relationship between psychological environment and autonomy dimension of psychological empowerment is not significant,there is a negative correlation between cultural environment and work meaning,autonomy,self-efficacy and work influence of doctors' psychological empowerment.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some opinions and suggestions which are beneficial to the practical management of doctors,it mainly includes improving the physical environment to enhance the level of psychological empowerment,Co-construction of psychological environment to enhance perception of psychological empowerment,creating a cultural environment to regulate psychological empowerment.
