Clinical Observation On Improvement Of Postpartum Rheumatic Symptoms By Cake-separated Mild Moxibustion

Objective:to observe the effect of cake-Separated mild moxibustion combined with electric acupuncture on postpartum rheumatic clinical syndrome of TCM,the effect of disease symptom and pain index.To explore the effect and influence of Cake-Separated Mild Moxibustion combined with electric acupuncture on the improvement of postpartum rheumatic syndrome,and to give full play to the advantages of moxibustion in the treatment of postpartum rheumatism,so as to improve the clinical efficacy and provide ideas and methods for clinical practice.Method:The study using randomized controlled method,will be included in the standard of 54 patients who had been selected from the outpatient and inpatient of Wuhan hospital of TCM with postpartum rheumatism,27 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,control group in the head and local pain after disinfection,selecting the appropriate length of needle to acupuncture,then acupuncture needle in the local pain connected electric acupuncture instrument for acupuncture treatment,the treatment time is 30 min,5 times a week for 1 course of treatment,there are 2 days off between the courses,a total of four period of treatment,the treatment options of treatment group is on the basis of control group,adding cake-separated mild moxibustion therapy at the dazhui,double feishu,double pishu and shenshu,yaoyangguan and minmen.The quantitative evaluation scale of postpartum rheumatism syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,questionnaire of postpartum rheumatism influence and VAS scale were observed and recorded before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 3 months after treatment(follow-up),and then the improvement degree of postpartum rheumatism symptoms by the two treatment methods was compared.SPSS23.0 software was used for data analysis.According to different data types,different statistical methods are used for measuring data.(x ±s),the variance homogeneity test is carried out first,if the data variance is homogeneous,that is used Test,independent sample t-test was used for comparison between groups,paired t-test was used for intra-group comparison,rank sum test was used for data variance,X2 test was used for counting data.The difference of statistical results was statistically significant(P<0.05).Result:1.The differences in age,course of disease,time of onset and etiology between the two groups before treatment and the scores of the quantitative evaluation scale of postpartum rheumatism syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,questionnaire of postpartum rheumatism influence and Hamilton depression scale were no statistical difference(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.There is statistically significant difference,which is in the total score of the questionnaire of postpartum rheumatism influence of the two groups in the intra-group comparison at 2 weeks,4 weeks after treatment,which indicated that the two treatment methods could alleviate postpartum rheumatism symptoms and alleviate the impact of symptoms on patients' life.In the comparison between the groups.At the time of follow-up,P > 0.05 was 4 weeks after treatment,indicating that the two groups had stability in alleviating the impact of symptoms on patients' life(P<0.05).P<0.05,and the mean value of the treatment group was smaller than that of the control group,which indicated that the combination of cake-separated mild moxibustion is better in improving postpartum rheumatic symptoms and alleviating the impact on life.3.In the intra-group comparison of all items in the quantitative evaluation scale of postpartum rheumatism syndrome of TCM of the patients in the two groups at 2 weeks,4 weeks and the total score after treatment,P<0.05,which indicated that both treatments could improve the symptoms of the patients in TCM;P>0.05 at follow-up was the same as 4 weeks after treatment,indicating that the two groups had stability in alleviating TCM symptoms.In the comparison between the groups,P < 0.05,and the mean value of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group,indicating that the combination of cake-separated mild moxibustion was better in the remission of TCM syndromes.4.The VAS scores of patients in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the two groups at 2 weeks,4 weeks after treatment,indicating that both treatments could alleviate patients' pain.In the comparison between the two groups,P>0.05 at follow-up was the same as 4 weeks after treatment,indicating that the two groups had stability in pain relief.P < 0.05,and the mean value of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group,indicating that the combination of cake-separated mild moxibustion was better in terms of pain relief.5.The total efficacy of the treatment group was 96.29%,and the total efficacy of the control group was 85.18%,and P < 0.05,indicating that the combination of cake-separated mild moxibustion was better in improving postpartum rheumatic symptoms.Conclusions:the cake-separated mild moxibustion combined with electric acupuncture is better than pure electro acupuncture in improving the TCM syndromes of patients,alleviating the influence of postpartum rheumatism on life,pain relief of patients.There is definite curative effect and worthy of clinical promotion..
