Clinical Study On Aconite Cake-separated Moxibustion On Treatment Of Early Stage Of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:The purpose of this paper is to apply aconite cake-separated moxibustiontreatment, on the early stage of chronic renal failure patients for treatment, and thecontrol groups were observed and compared, study on the early stage ofcake-separated moxibustion in patients with chronic renal failure treatment effect, andprovide basis for clinical screening and treatment options.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria for the selection of cases, randomlydivide60cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlgroup, each group of30cases. Treatment group were treated with cake-separatedmoxibustion plus conventional treatment of Western medicine, the control groupusing conventional western medicine treatment, the efficacy was observed after8weeks, two groups were observed before and after treatment of blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine (Scr), creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) changes and clinicalsymptoms, make efficacy evaluation.Results:(1) Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups: the treatment group of30cases,the total efficiency of90%,30cases in the control group, the total efficiency of63.33%. There was remarkable difference in two groups after the treatment (P <0.05),compared to the effect of the treatment group was better than control group.(2) Compared two groups of clinical symptom score: two groups of patients beforetreatment the symptom integral comparison showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Integral comparison of symptoms was significantly higher in two groups of patientsbefore and after treatment (P <0.05). Two groups of patients after treatment thesymptom integral contrast has significant difference (P <0.05). Shows the use of aconite cake-separated moxibustion on early stage treatment in patients with chronicrenal failure, in the improvement of clinical symptoms than the control group.(3) Before and after treatment in the two groups of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serumcreatinine (Scr), creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) changes in comparison: the twogroups of patients with blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (Scr) weredecreased in different degree, the treatment group decreased compared with thecontrol group had significant difference (P <0.05). Two groups of patients withendogenous creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) were increased after treatment than beforetreatment, after treatment in the two groups had significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:This study shows that the two groups can improve the early and middlestage chronic renal failure patients with renal function and clinical symptoms, but thecake-separated moxibustion combined with Western conventional treatment grouptotal effectiveness is higher than that of the conventional western medicine treatmentgroup. Two groups of patients before and after treatment of renal function (ureanitrogen, serum creatinine, endogenous creatinine clearance rate) comparison,displayed in the improvement of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr),creatinine clearance rate (Ccr), aconite cake-separated moxibustion group was betterthan that of the conventional western medicine treatment group. In the improvementof clinical symptoms in patients with chronic renal failure, aconite cake-separatedmoxibustion group was better than that of the conventional western medicinetreatment group. Prompt cake-separated moxibustion therapy efficacy in the treatmentof chronic renal failure, worthy of promotion.
