| Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of cake separated moxibustion on hyperlipidemia.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,60 patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into two groups according to the random number table,namely,cake separated moxibustion group and simvastatin group,30 cases in each group.The acupoints were taken as follows: group I,Tianshu(bilateral)and Feng long(bilateral),group II: Xinshu(bilateral),liver Yu(bilateral)and spleen Yu(bilateral),and group I and group II acupoints alternate with cake moxibustion treatment.The points were exchanged once every 2 weeks,3 times a week,simvastatin group,once a day,4 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of three courses,the follow-up period was January.The IGF-1 values of two groups of patients before and 12 weeks were collected.Before the group entered the group,the blood lipid index,clinical symptom score,SF-36 quality score and data were statistically analyzed in the two groups before the group entered the group,and the data were statistically analyzed in January,and the safety and compliance of the two groups were evaluated before entering the group for 4,8,12 weeks,and followed up in January.Results: 1.Bood lipid comparison: compared with before treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL and APOB in the cake separated moxibustion group and the simvastatin group were all decreased,the difference was significant(P<0.05),but the level of HDL,APOA1 in the cake separated moxibustion group was higher than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the simvastatin group HDL(P> 0.05).After treatment,the comparison between the two groups showed that there was a difference in the TG,HDL and APOA1 between the herbal cake moxibustion group and simvastatin group(P<0.05).It can be seen that the medicine cake moxibustion group has a certain adjustment ability to each index of blood lipid,while the simvastatin group mainly regulates TC,TG,LDL and APOB,and the simvastatin group is better than the cake separated moxibustion group for regulating the TG.In January,the level of TC,TG,LDL and APOB in the cake separated moxibustion group decreased,the level of HDL and APOA1 increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no difference in the indexes of blood lipids between the simvastatin group and before the treatment(P > 0.05).Follow up in January between the two groups,the TC,TG,LDL,HDL,APOA1 and APOB in the cake separated moxibustion group were significantly different from those in simvastatin group(P<0.05).Through the above comparison,we can see that the blood lipid indexes of the medicine cake moxibustion group in January are still better than before the treatment,and there are obvious differences before the treatment,but there is no difference between the simvastatin group and before the treatment(P > 0.05).It shows that after 3 months of treatment,the regulation of blood fat in the cake separated moxibustion group is better than that of the simvastatin group.2.Symptom integral comparison: there was no significant difference in clinical symptom score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),and the two groups had comparability.After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment and were statistically significant(P < 0.05)before treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that two treatments could improve the clinical symptoms of the patients;two The clinical symptom scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05)before and after treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the improvement degree of the clinical symptom integral of the cake separated moxibustion group was better than that of the simvastatin group.After the end of the treatment in January,the clinical symptom score of the patients in the medicine cake moxibustion group was lower than that before the treatment(P < 0.05).The clinical symptom score of the simvastatin group was lower than that before the treatment,but there was no statistical significance before the treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that after 3 months of treatment,the septum cake was treated.The improvement of clinical symptom score in the moxibustion group was better than that in simvastatin group.3.SF-36 score difference: there was no significant difference in the SF-36 score between the two groups before the treatment(P > 0.05),and the two groups were comparable.The clinical SF-36 scores of the two groups were all higher than before the treatment and were statistically significant(P < 0.05)before the treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the two treatment methods could improve the patients' SF-36 score;two groups.Comparison,the difference between the two groups before and after treatment compared with the SF-36 score difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the difference between the SF-36 score of the medicine cake moxibustion group was significantly greater than that of the simvastatin group,which indicated that the improvement degree of the SF-36 score in the group of cake separated moxibustion group was better than that of the simvastatin group.After the follow-up of the treatment in January,the two groups of patients were followed up in January and compared with before treatment,the SF-36 score was higher than before the treatment,and compared with before the treatment(P < 0.05).The difference between the two groups was significantly higher than the simvastatin group,and there was a significant significance(P < 0.05),indicating that after 3 months of treatment.After treatment,the SF-36 score of the cake separated moxibustion group was better than that of simvastatin group.4.The comparison of serum IGF: there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),and the two groups were comparable.The IGF-1 value of the two groups after treatment was up and up,compared with before the treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the two treatments were able to adjust the IGF-1 value of the hyperlipidemia patients;the two groups were compared.After treatment,the change rate of IGF-1 in the cake separated moxibustion group was higher than that in the western medicine group,but there was no significant difference in the IGF-1 value between the two groups(P > 0.05).5.Safety and compliance assessment: no obvious adverse reactions were found during the treatment of the medicine cake moxibustion group and simvastatin group during the treatment.The liver function(ALT,AST)and renal function(BUN,Cr)in January,January,March and January were all without obvious abnormality,and the safety of the two groups were all good.All the patients were treated according to the treatment course,except for the two groups.1 cases and 3 cases were followed up in January,and the rest of the time were treated on time and matched with the related examination,and the compliance was good.Conclusion:Herbal cake separated moxibustion is effective,simple,convenient,non-toxic,side effects,easy to accept and well adhered to patients with hyperlipidemia.The clinical observation confirmed that the cake separated moxibustion has made a good result in the evaluation of curative effect,safety and compliance evaluation.The results are summarized as follows: 1.This method is based on the previous research results of the tutor,and the method of evidence-based medicine(EBM)is applied to the randomized controlled clinical study of the treatment of hyperlipidemia by the medicine cake separated moxibustion.2.The therapeutic effect of medicine cake moxibustion on hyperlipidemia was remarkable.The curative effect in January and January was better than that of the control group.It can not only reduce the blood lipid,but also increase HDL-C and APOA1 in a certain degree.Besides,the cake separated moxibustion can also obviously improve the accompanying symptoms and improve the quality of life of the patients to a certain extent.3.Compliance and safety assessment,moxibustion and the control group were good,herbal cake separated moxibustion treatment has the advantages of simple operation,low cost,non-toxic side effects,easy for patients to accept,good safety characteristics such as hyperlipidemia,with the economic and social benefits,it is worthy of popularization and application.4.Moxibustion and oral simvastatin can increase the IGF-1 level,the increase in the IGF-1 level,no significant difference between the two,IGF-1 as an important endocrine cyclic polypeptide,participate in lipid metabolism,and the herbal cake separated moxibustion can increase the IGF-1 level,to provide a new clue for clarifying the mechanism of herbal cake separated moxibustion in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. |
