| Objection:To observe cake-separated mild-warmmild moxibustion combined wih acupunctrue for treatment of knee osteoarthritis influence,providing the certain basis for the TCM clinical appl ication.Methods:Choose to use the random numerical watch and will match knee osteoarthritis case of60patients which in2011March to2012March in Wuhan Hospital of TCM Rheumatic and Pain department bring into the standard to hosipitalize time to is divided into two order of sequence according to the sufferer.Take acupuncture as the foundation therapy, Treatment group were treated with monkshood cake-separated mild-warmmild moxibustion, and the Control group with oral administration of Xianling Gubao Capsules. After treatment for4weeks, adopt the visual analogue scale (VAS) and the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) were used for assessment of clinical therapeutic effect in Nimodipine method.Results:After treatment,the index of severity significantly improved in the two groups(P<0.05), and the analgesic effect and improvement of ISOA in the cake-separated mild-warmmild moxibustion group were better than those in the medication group(P<0.05), the basic clinical cured rate was76.67%and the effect-producing time was (9.24±5.16) days in the cake-separated mild-warmmild moxibustion group. and40.00%and (12.18±4.94) days in the medication group. respectively, with a significant difference between the two group on the Clinical cure and The onset time (P<0.05).Conclusion:Therapeutic effect of cake-separated mild-warmmild moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis is better than that of oral administration of Xianling Gubao Capsules. |
