Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Yiyin Fang On Atrophic Vaginitis (Liver-Kidney Yin Deficiency Type)

Objective:To observe the effect of YiyinFang combined with metronidazole vaginal gel on local signs and systemic symptoms(primary syndrome and secondary syndrome)in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis(deficiency of liver and kidney yin).To objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of YiyinFang combined with metronidazole vaginal gel in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis(deficiency of liver and kidney yin).Methods: In this study,60 patients with atrophic vaginitis with deficiency of liver and kidney yin were selected from gynecological clinic of Shanxi traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.The patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The treatment group was given Yiyin recipe combined with metronidazole vaginal gel,while the control group was given metronidazole vaginal gel for 7 days as a course of treatment for 2 courses.Before and after treatment,local signs and systemic symptoms were observed,VSH(vaginal PH value vaginal cleanliness local signs),TCM syndrome(primary syndrome and secondary syndrome)score,safety observation index were observed,and VSH scores before and after treatment were compared.The main syndrome score,secondary syndrome score,total score,vaginal PH value,vaginal cleanliness,local curative effect after treatment,systemic curative effect,and SPSS23.0 were used to analyze the main syndrome score,secondary syndrome score,total score,vaginal PH value,vaginal cleanliness,local curative effect and systemic curative effect.Results:(1)Before treatment:There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome,secondary and total scores,VSH,vaginal PH,and vaginal cleanliness in both groups(P>0.05).(2)After treatment:There were significant differences in VSH score,TCM syndrome score,secondary syndrome score and total score,vaginal PH value and vaginal cleanliness between the two groups,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.There were significant differences in TCM syndrome score,secondary syndrome score and total score,VSH score,vaginal PH value and vaginal cleanliness between the two groups.Compared with the curative effect ofVSH,the total effective rate was 80% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The treatment group was improving the local body sign prescription.The facial efficacy was more obvious;According to the efficacy of TCM syndrome,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90%,the control group was 73.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Safety evaluation: There was no significant difference in hematuria routine,liver function and renal function before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Yiyin Fang combined with metronidazole gel has more advantages in improving local signs and systemic symptoms of atrophic vaginitis(deficiency of liver and kidney yin).(2)Yiyin Fang combined with metronidazole gel is safe in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis(deficiency of liver and kidney yin),which provides clinical ideas for the treatment of the disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
