Kunhe Decoction And Extenral Washing Prescirption Clinical Study Of The Senile Vaginitis Of The Type Of Liver-Kidney Yin Deficiency

Objective:This study used two Chinese medicine therapies that is Chinese Herbs andWashing, Chinese medicine suppository to treat senile vaginitis the type of liver-kidneyyin deficiency observe the changes of vaginal symptoms, traditional Chinese medicinesyndrome to improve the situation, compared to their differences in efficacy. Exploreeffective TCM treatment of senile vaginitis, looking for the clinical treatment of liver andkidney of senile vaginitis the best and easy treatment to provide a reference.Method:60cases of senile vaginitis patients were randomly divided into treatmentgroup and control group, treatment group of kunhe decoction and external washingprescription and control groups for Baofukang suppository group （n=30cases）. Drugmethods of treatment group: kunhe decoction, one day, decoction400ml minutesmorning and evening, taken orally, on the14th for a course of treatment, external washingprescription, decoction3000-4000ml sooner or later, outside the wash on the14th for acourse of treatment; sooner or later each control group: Baofukang suppository deep intothe vagina, each one on the14th for a course of treatment. The observed treatment effect3days after withdrawal, withdrawal relapse rate observed after a month. Smear to excludecervical lesions in cervical secretions, before and after treatment, a general physicalexamination, gynecological examination, blood, urine, stool, liver and kidney function（ALT, BUN and Cr） testing, electrocardiogram, vaginal secretions routine examinationbefore the treatment, clues cytology, serum hormone level （E₂, FSH） and B ultrasonicmeasurement of endometrial thickness. Hou points of observation and recording of TCMbefore and after treatment, the vaginal symptom score.Results:①vaginal symptoms, the cure rate for treatment and control groups were46.7%,30%effective rate was96.7%,86.7%, the two groups were significant differences （P <0.05）, treatment group than the control group.②TCM symptomefficacy in the treatment group and control group, cure rates were40%,26.7%,93.3%,86.7%. The two groups were significant differences （P <0.05）, the treatment group thanthe control group.③After a month, the treatment group relapse rate is lower than thecontrol group.Conclusion:①treatment and control groups does not change the hormone levels, areeffective for treatment of senile vaginitis, and can significantly improve their symptoms.That drugs can enhance the immune, inflammatory, antibacterial, and vaginal resistance tosignificantly improve the environment of the vagina clean.②treatment group than thecontrol group, more significantly improved TCM symptoms and vaginal symptoms,treating the symptoms, that the Chinese Herbs plus outside wash to nourish liver andkidney, clearing away heat and relieve itching, for the treatment of liver and kidney ofsenile vaginitis effective way.
