Clinical Study Of The Addition And Subtraction Of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction On The Treatment Of Peri-menopausal Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Based On The Ministerial Fire Theory

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the addition and subtraction of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction on abnormal uterine bleeding patients with peri-menopausal liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,combined with The Ministerial Fire theory and modern pharmacological research,the mechanism of hemostasis was analyzed and discussed.Method Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group.30 patients in the observation group were given the addition and subtraction of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction,and 30 patients in the control group were given the addition and subtraction of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction.The hemostatic efficiency,TCM syndrome improvement,endometrial changes and hemoglobin content of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Analyze and discuss the efficacy and safety of drugs.Result Both groups of drugs have curative effect on peri-menopausal uterine bleeding.Among them,the total effective rate of the observation group was 83.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%.P<0.05 was obtained by test,which had significant difference,and the hemostatic effect had obvious advantages.The total effective rate of the addition and subtraction of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction in the improvement of TCM syndrome was 90%,the total effective rate of the control group was 70%,and the test showed P<0.05,and the TCM syndromes of the two groups were compared after treatment.The score is P=0.04,which shows that it is more effective in improving TCM syndromes.Among them,the addition and subtraction of the observation group is better than the control group inimproving hot flashes,night sweats,five upsets,weak waist and oropharyngeal dryness.It can be seen that the addition and subtraction of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction has obvious effects in stopping bleeding and improving TCM syndromes of patients.By comparing the endometrial thickness and hemoglobin content of the two groups of patients after treatment,it can be concluded that the addition and subtraction of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction can significantly reduce the endometrial thickness and increase the hemoglobin content.Conclution:The addition and subtraction of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction has a good therapeutic effect on abnormal uterine bleeding patients with peri-menopausal kidney yin deficiency due to the method of nourishing kidney yin,clearing the Ministerial fire,and stanching bleeding.
