Clinical Observation On Zhibai Dihuang Pills Combinedwith Living Preparation Of Lactobacillus In The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type About Senile Vaginitis

Objective:This is a study about the application of Zhibaidihuang pill combined Living Preparation of Lactobacillus in the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency type about Atrophic vaginitis.And we can observate vaginal and biochemical indexes, traditional Chinese medicine and clinical efficacy,aimed at finding a safe,effective and convenient method. However, in order to reduce the relapse rate.Methods:Select60cases that come from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January2011to December2011.Then divid those cases into study group and observation group randomly.Study group takes Zhibai Dihuang pills(8pills/time,3times/day, oral) combined with Living Preparation of Lactobacillus(1pill/time,1time/day,used in vagine), observation group takes Tibolone Tablets (1pill/time,1time/day, oral) combined with Living Preparation of Lactobacillus(1pill/time,1time/day,used in vagine).These groups applicate seven days.Then review after seven days and one month, We analysis of the changes of medical symptoms, vaginal changes of biochemical indexes and evaluate of two different methods in therapeutic effects and recurrence rate.Results:(1)There are no significant difference between study group and observation group about age,times of menopause, medical symptoms and criteria of biochemicine in vagina(P>0.05).(2)These two groups have no significant difference about clinical effect, medical symptoms and criteria of biochemicine in vagina(P>0.05).(3)There are significant differences about before and after treatment in every symptoms amid these two groups (P<0.05)(4)After one month’s treatment, these twog roups have significant difference and study group has lower relapses.Conclusion:This treatment scheme that clinical observation on Zhibai Dihuang pills combined with Living Preparation of Lactobacillus in the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency type about atrophic vaginitis can be compared with the resule of Tibolone and has lower relapses.
