ObjectiveThis subject intends to use a small randomized controlled clinical study to observe the therapeutic effect of scalp acupuncture of flying needle on SD and acupuncture on SD. By comparing changes in values Pre-and post-treatment audiometryaimed is to investigate the effectiveness and superiority of scalp acupuncture, and then choose a more effective treatment.MethodThis subject meets the principles of clinical epidemiology, SD diagnostic and therapeutic evaluation criteria. It uses a randomized controlled clinical study. Cases from Guangdong Provincial Hospital ENT clinic patients and their wards August2013to February2014were assigned. We not only according to the inclusion criteria included60people, but also according to the exclusion criteria exclude by2people, and observed58cases of patients with SD.The research of the58patients was observed. Treatment group included29people, the number of ear disease is34; The control group included29patients, the number of ear disease is31. Random number generator with SPSS_Statistics-v13.0win32software. Randomized controlled and single-blind clinical trial design. Inducted1:1allocation to treatment and control groups. Each group had29patients, a total number is58patients. And conduct clinical efficacy. After three courses of treatment, observe clinical curative effect. Data analysis software by SPSS-Statistics-v13.0win32. This paper compares the test results before and after treatment of hearing, hearing loss distribution. Count data were compared with the X2test; metering data as mean±standard deviation t test; level data with the rank sum test. ResultsGeneral information:time of onset groups of patients were less than15days. The number of patients with ear disease, associated symptoms, degree of hearing loss distribution, age, gender, there was no significant difference (P>0.05), there is no statistical difference between comparable, clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of treatment group is67.6%; The total effective rate of control group is67.7%。The two groups was significant difference (P>0.05). There is no significant difference in clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group.Conelusion1. The results observed after treatment. Treatment and control groups improved patient symptoms SD. Treatment group and control group before and after treatment pure tone threshold changes compare, P>0.05, statistically significant.2. According to statistics, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group equally significant. Comparison of the two groups after treatment, there is no statistically significant.
