The Clinical Study Of Shoulder Hand Syndrome Phase ? After Stroke Treated By Moxibustion Through Ginger And Medicine

Objective:to explore the clinical effect of moxibustion through ginger and medicine in the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome phase I after stroke,and to com pare with conventional acupuncture curative effect,so as to provide a new idea for clin-ical treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Method:The topic selected 60 patients accord with the choosing standard of shoulder hand syndrome phase I after stroke.Respectively,which were randomly divided into treatment group(ginger and medicine moxibustion group)and control group(conventional acupuncture group),30 cases in each one.Acupuncture group selected Jianyu,Jianliao,Jianzhen,Binao,Quchi,Shousanli,Waiguan,Yangxi,Yangchi,Hegu and Zhongzhu acupoints,and dialectical acupoints for treatmen,the treatment group selected the same acupoints area,treated with moxibustion through ginger and medicine.The two groups were one time a day,six times a week,one day off,and one course for two weeks.After two courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was objectively evaluated through pain visual simulation(VAS)score,upper limb fugl-meyer score(FMA),edema score and activity of daily living(ADL)score.Results:1.After statistical analysis,the two groups of patients in age,course of disease,etiology,frequency of onset,and VAS score,FMA score,edema score and ADL score before treatment,the difference was no statistically significant(P> 0.05),comparable..2.After two courses of treatment,the VAS score,FMA score,edema score,and ADL score of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01),indicating that the two treatment methods have obvious clinical curative effect for this disease.3.After 2 courses of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the VAS score between the ginger and medicine moxibustion group and the conventional acupuncture group(P>0.05).Comparison of the FMA score,edema score and ADL score between the ginger and medicine moxibustion group and the conventional acupuncture group,there was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the ginger and medicine moxibustion group was superior to the acupuncture group.4.Comparison of the clinical curative effect of two groups: the total effective rate ofginger and medicine moxibustion group was 83.33%;The total effective rate of the conventional acupuncture group was 75%,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the ginger and medicine moxibustion group was superior to the conventional acupuncture group.Conclusion:1.There are good clinical effects of the ginger and medicine moxibustion group and the conventional acupuncture group in the treatment of patients with shoulder hand syndrome phase I after stroke.2.The clinical curative effect of ginger and medicine moxibustion group was better than that of conventional acupuncture group.3.The clinical curative effect of moxibustion through ginger and medicine in treating patients with with shoulder hand syndrome phase I after stroke was positive,which is worthy of clinical application.
