Objective:To observe the elongated needle acupuncture therapy with conventional treatment of stroke shoulder-hand syndrome comparative Phase I, providing a precise and effective treatment for the clinical treatment of SHS.Methods:Clinical collected 60 cases of shoulder hand randomly divided into treatment group of 30 patients in the control group of 30 patients, patients received basic treatment of stroke neurology I syndrome patients. On this basis, the treatment group were chosen bedroom Jian Jing throughTian Zong, Jian Yu through Bi Nao, Jian Liao through Nao Hui, Qu Chi through Wai Guan, He Gu through Hou Xi elongated needle therapy, the control group selected ipsilateral Jian Zhen, Jian Liao, Jian Yu, Bi Nao, Shou San Li, Qu Chi, He Gu, foreign relations and other conventional acupuncture. Every six days for a course of treatment interval of one day, the next course of treatment, after a total of three courses observed before and after treatment motor function, activities of daily living and pain levels to improve the situation.Results:The clinical observation showed that the treatment group and the control group of patients Fugl-Meyer motor function score of daily living and pain (VAS) scores before and after treatment showed significant differences. Which Fugl-Meyer motor function scores and VAS scores in treatment group than the control group, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group (total efficiency of 90.00%) higher than (the total efficiency of 70.00%).In conclusion:1, the efficacy of the elongated needle I shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke than conventional acupuncture.2, elongated needle therapy can effectively reduce the ipsilateral shoulder, hand pain, eliminating finger swelling and improve joint mobility and improve patient quality of life.
