Objective:This study compares the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined cognitive rehabilitation and simple cognitive rehabilitation in the treatment of non-dementia after stroke, and provides clinical evidence for clinical treatment of non-dementia after stroke. Methods:A total of 60 cases in this study came from hospitalized patients from December 2016 to February 2018 in the Department of Rehabilitation,Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The eligible patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases). The control group was treated with reference to the core content of the secondary prevention guidelines for stroke and transient ischemic attack(2014 AHA/ASA version).? and “Secondary Guidelines for Prevention of Ischemic Stroke and Transient Ischemic Attacks in China 2014”,giving basic treatment for medical diseases—reasonable regulation of blood pressure,lipid-lowering and stable plaque, improvement of circulation, nutrition nerves, and cognitive rehabilitation training.Refer to "Chinese stroke rehabilitation treatment guide(2011 full version)" and "AHA/ASA adult stroke recovery guide(2016 version)" for cognitive rehabilitation training,30 points / time,1 time / day,5 days / week,A total of 4 weeks;treatment group in the control group on the basis of treatment plus acupuncture at Shenmen,Taixi,Zusanli,Fengfu,30 points / time,1 time / day,6 days / week,a total of 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, both groups used MMSE,MoCA,modified Barthel index scores, and data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 statistical software package.Results:1.Comparison of MMSE scores: Before and after treatment, both groups were in normal distribution. After t-test,there was no significant difference in MMSE scores before treatment(P>0.0.5).There was no statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment.(P>0.0.5),there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.0.5).It may be due to the fact that the test subject is post-stroke cognitive impairment without dementia and the experimental course is short, and there is no significant improvement in the MMSE score.2.MoCA score comparison: Before and after treatment, the two groups of MoCA scores were in normal distribution. After t-test,there was no statistically significant difference in MoCA scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Both groups had significant differences before and after treatment(P< 0.01)After treatment,MoCA scores in each group were significantly higher than before treatment. After treatment,MoCA scores in the two treatment groups were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);MoCA did not meet normal distribution before and after treatment, and the rank sum test was used. Before treatment, both groups were compared with P>0.05,and there was no statistical significance. After treatment, the visual space and executive function, delayed memory, and attentional function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,P<0.05,and the rest were all P>0.05.The comparison of the visual space and executive function, delayed memory P <0.05,the rest of the items P> 0.05.3.Modified Barthel index score: Before and after treatment, both groups accorded with normal distribution. After t-test,there was no significant difference in the modified Barthel index before treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment, the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with cognitive rehabilitation training is more effective than cognitive rehabilitation training in improving post-stroke cognitive impairment, and it is especially effective in improving visual space, executive function and delayed recall.2.In this study, acupuncture helps improve the ability of daily living.
