Purpose:By observing the changes of symptoms and signs of 60 patients with swallowing dysphagia and yin-deficiency wind-driven stroke patients before and after treatment, the clinical efficacy of eye acupuncture combined with nape acupuncture in the treatment of yin-deficiency wind-driven stroke patients with dysphagia after apoplexy was discussed.Explore the significance and value of combined application of eye acupuncture and nape acupuncture, and provide the best ideas and methods for future clinical treatment.Material and method:The encephalopathy K3 department of Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Center was screened for inpatients who met the inclusion criteria from September 2018 to December 2020,and a total of 60 patients were screened. The patients are numbered according to the order in which they go to see a doctor, and they are divided into two groups,30 test groups and 30 control groups, evenly and randomly according to the ratio of 1:1 by the principle of random number table method. There were 13 female patients and 17 male patients in the experimental group, with an average age of 56.90 years, including 11 cases of cerebral hemorrhage and 19 cases of cerebral infarction, with an average duration of 60.27 days;the control group had 11 female patients and 19 male patients, with an average age of 54.55 Years old, including 13 cases of cerebral hemorrhage and 17 cases of cerebral infarction, with an average course of 68.60 days. Both groups of patients were treated with basic western medicine after apoplexy. The control group was treated with traditional body acupuncture, and the treatment group was treated with eye acupuncture and nape acupuncture on the basis of traditional body acupuncture in the control group. The treatment is performed once a day, seven days a week for a total of five days, one week is a course of treatment, and a total of four consecutive courses of treatment during the clinical observation period.Observe and record the numerical changes of the Watian Drinking Water Test Evaluation Scale, the swallowing function evaluation table and the scores of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment for the two groups of patients, and collect and statistically analyze the obtained data, using statistical software SPSS23.0 version, finally compare the differences between the two groups within and between groups.Results:1.The basic information of the eye acupuncture combined nape acupuncture observation group and the body acupuncture control group at the time of admission: gender, age, course of disease, and stroke type were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Before treatment,in the observation group of eye acupuncture combined with nape acupuncture and the control group of body acupuncture, the values of the Watian drinking water test, the evaluation score of swallowing function, and the TCM syndrome score were not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.After treatment, the observation group of eye acupuncture combined with nape acupuncture and the control group of body acupuncture had statistical significance in the comparison of the Watian drinking test, the evaluation score of swallowing function, and the score of TCM syndrome(P<0.05).4.The total effective rate of the eye acupuncture combined with nape acupuncture observation group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the body acupuncture control group was 80.00%(P<0.05),indicating that eye acupuncture combined with nape acupuncture can significantly improve patients with yin deficiency and wind movement after stroke The swallowing function.Conclusion:1.Eye acupuncture combined with nape acupuncture and body acupuncture alone have curative effects in the treatment of swallowing disorders after stroke.2.Eye acupuncture combined with nape acupuncture is more effective than body acupuncture in treating dysphagia after stroke.Eye acupuncture combined with nape acupuncture can significantly improve the patient's dizziness and tinnitus, dry throat, dry mouth, hot hands, feet, and other symptoms of yin deficiency and wind movement.3.The combined application of eye acupuncture and nape acupuncture can achieve the effect of improving the patient's swallowing function in a targeted manner with overall and local, syndrome differentiation treatment.
