Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Dysphagia After Stroke Based On Impulse Theory

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Chong Channel theory on patients with dysphagia after stroke,Compared with the current conventional acupuncture treatment of the efficacy of differences,Analysis of the clinical significance of the Chong Channel theory in the treatment of the disease.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of cerebrovascular disease in the diagnostic criteria of cerebrovascular disease in the Chinese Medical Association,To take a random control blind design method,Sixty patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly assigned to the group of acupuncture group(treatment group)and conventional acupuncture group(control group),Two groups in the treatment of underlying diseases and rehabilitation training under the premise,After a month of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and the evaluation of the drinking water test scores before and after treatment and the evaluation of Ichiro Fujishima swallowing efficacy score.Results: The treatment group and the control group in the overall efficacy,drinking water test,Ichiro Fujishima swallowing efficacy score,etc.after treatment have improved,Compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,the overall efficacy of the treatment group,drinking water test,Ichiro Fujishima swallowing efficacy score compared with the control group,Differentially differentiated statistical significance(P <0.05),The treatment group was superior to the control group.In terms of overall efficacy,The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93%,the total effective rate of the control group was 70%,There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Based on the Chong Channel theory acupuncture treatment of post-stroke dysphagia and traditional acupuncture therapy can improve the swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after stroke,But the former is better than the latter.And Chong Channel theory acupuncture method is more simple than traditional therapy,convenient,effective,cheap,worthy of promotion and application.
