Objective:MoCA and HAMA changes before and after treatment were observed to provide treatment methods and clinical ideas for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:Subjects were from March 2018 to heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion in 03 2019 2 department outpatient treatment in stroke patients,after interrogation,physical examination,laboratory examination,after questionnaire accord with cognitive impairment after stroke patients with anxiety disorder with a total of 38 cases,aged 50 to80,according to the method of simple random Numbers table,will conform to the standards of cognitive impairment after stroke is associated with anxiety disorder patients were randomly divided into the head du meridian and fa SAN Yang meridian find group(treatment group)and traditional acupuncture needle find group(control group),19 cases in each group.In the treatment group,patients selected head acupoints: head dimension(double),head linji(double),eyebrow chong(double),qu cha(double),du mai baihui,anterior apex,fontanelle,shangxing,shenting.Acupuncture: shan zhong,neiguan(double),taichong(double),shenmen(double).According to the symptoms of different points,dialectical selection;Acupuncture on the head of the control group: baihui,yitang.Acupuncture point selection: shan zhong,neiguan(double),taichong(double),shenmen(double),point matching method with the treatment group.A course of treatment lasted for 7 days,including acupuncture for 6 days,once a day,rest for 1 day,and 4 courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)were used for evaluation.Results:1.Score of Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA): after treatment,the total score of the Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)was significantly higher than that before treatment in the main acupoint sampling group and the traditional acupuncture acupoint sampling group(P <0.05).After treatment,the scores of MoCA were statistically significant by rank-sum test(P < 0.05).2.HAMA score of Hamilton anxiety scale(P < 0.05): after treatment,HAMA score of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)was reduced compared with that before treatment in the main acupoint selection group of du vein and zusanyang meridian points and the traditional acupuncture acupoint selection group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the HAMA assessment of the Hamilton anxiety scale between the two groups showed that the improvement of the two groups was significant,which was statistically significant by rank-sum test(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.The clinical effect of acupuncture on cognitive impairment after stroke was superior to that of the traditional acupuncture group.2.The clinical curative effect of the main acupoint selection group of head du mai and zusanyang meridian points is better than that of the traditional acupuncture point selection group.3.The main acupoint selection method of the meridians of the head vessel and foot three Yang provides more effective treatment for cognitive impairment associated with anxiety disorder after stroke.
