Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Cognitive Impairment After Stroke

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture therapy for cognitive impairment after stroke.Material and method: According to traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnostic criteria of stroke and cognitive impairment, in March 2013 to December 2014, selected hospital rehabilitation center in Liaoning province, a total of 58 patients with cerebral K1 division, 28 cases were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group, two groups were given conventional treatment, traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group given to other kidney fill pith, begin to understand wake up for the law of acupuncture treatment, find out: the will, four god astute, Yin tang, court, too creek(bilateral), suspended clock(bilateral), treatment once per day, for four consecutive days, a day off, a total of 6 weeks treatment; The control group given the ning(olathe temple) treatment, 0.8 g each time, 3 times/d, 6 weeks in a row. Adopt simple mental state questionnaire before and after the treatment, clinical nerve function defect scale evaluation of the degree of cognitive impairment, nerve function defect in patients with conditions.Result: In the treatment of a degree of cognitive impairment after stroke, the treatment group(the total effective rate 63.3%) compared with control group(total effective rate 42.9%), P < 0.05, the treatment group is better than that of control group, there are statistically significant. On neurologic injury recovery effect, the treatment group(total effective rate 66.7%) and control group(total effective rate 60.7%) are effective, P > 0.05, no statistical significance.Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment has significant curative effect, and can improve the nerve function defect,convenient and safe, economic and convenient.
