The Clinical Observation Of Shugan Hewei Soup On Treatment Of Primary Bile Reflux Gastritis(Syndrome Of Liver Qi Invading Stomach)

Objective:In order to observe the clinical efficacy of shugan hewei soup and explore new ways for the treatment of primary bile reflux gastritis in syndrome of liver qi invading stomach,this topic studies 61 patients who has primary bile reflux gastritis in syndrome of liver qi invading stomach to explore the elevant mechanisms of shugan hewei soup in treating this disease.Methods:(1)In strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria in research design,all cases of this study come from the clinic of spleen and stomach diseases from March 2017-December 2017,which hospital named Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The study uses the random contrast method,selected 61 patients who has primary bile reflux gastritis in syndrome of liver qi invading stomach.All patients were divided treatment group(31 cases)and control group(30 cases).(2)The treatment group is treated by shugan hewei soup,one dose per day;the control group is given ursodeoxycholic acid capsules,250 mg qd p.o.oral at bedtime.Two groups of patients referral once a week,totally four weeks of treatment.Before the treatment and after the treatment,the TCM symptoms scale?endoscopic mucopurulent bile yellow staining grade and gastric mucosal grading are need to be recorded.After 4 weeks,we statistical analysis of all data and all patients are asked to review of gastroscope to evaluate the curative effect.(3)All data were statistical analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results:The effect of the test group is better than the control group in terms of the total efficacy of the disease,TCM symptom efficiency and TCM symptom score(P<0.05);the shugan hewei soup not only significantly improve the TCM syndrome scores of the disease,but aolo have better results than the control group(P<0.05),especially in improving patient's mental depression(P<0.01);the test group is superior to the control group in the treatment of bile reflux(P<0.05),but the situation is not the same in restoring gastric mucosa(P>0.05).There were no abnormal symptoms with patients' each routine,liver function and kidney function before and after the treatment,and no gastrointestinal allergic reaction.The above means shugan hewei soup is safe in clinical application.Conclusion:The shugan hewei soup is better than ursodeoxycholic acid capsules to treatment the primary bile reflux gastritis in syndrome of liver qi invading stomach,and it can improve mental depression in particular.The effect of shugan hewei decoction was better than the control group in improving the bile reflux condition;but in improving the gastric mucosal phase,the effect was not significantly different from the ursodeoxycholic acid capsule.
