Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Treating Bile Reflux Gastritis Of Gallbladder Heat Invading Stomach Syndrome By Clearing The Heat Of Gallbladder And Purging Stomach

Objective:To observate the clinical efficacy of treating bile reflux gastritis of gallbladder heat invading stomach syndrome by clearing the heat of gallbladder and purging stomach.Methods:Sixty patients with bile reflux gastritis of gallbladder heat invading stomach syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group, with 30 patients in each group. Treatment group to ancient formula Decoction for Clearing Away Gallbladder Heat and Wujiwan combined therapy; give the control hydrotalcid tablets joint Mosapride tablets for treatment. The changes of their TCM symptoms before and after the treatment were observed, calculate each symptom score, total scores of the all symptoms and the establishment of a database, using SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis software to evaluate the condition improvement comparing two groups of treatment course (8 weeks).Results:Aftrer treatment, the cured and markedly effective rate of treatment group was 60%, the total effective rate was 93.3%; in the control group was 43.3% cured and markedly effective, the total effective rate of 86.7%,the overall efficiency of the two groups has no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). The main symptoms epigastric burning pain, mouth pain and throat dry, the two groups have effect (P＜0.05), and the effect of the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05); feeling fullness of chest and flank and acid regurgitation, the efficacy of both groups (P<0.05), feeling fullness of chest and flank, acid regurgitation and bile vomiting, no statistically significant difference of two groups (P>0.05); for eructation, appetite loss, irritability, the treatment group had a significant effect (P＜0.05), while the control group, no significant effect (P>0.05). The cured and markedly effective rate and total effective rate of both group after treatment have no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Statistics show that in Western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine treatment for this disease has a good effect, the overall effect is quite, traditional Chinese medicine to improve the overall effectiveness of symptoms than western medicine group.Conclusion:Treating bile reflux gastritis of gallbladder heat invading stomach syndrome by clearing the heat of gallbladder and purging stomach can result well in outstanding clinical efficacy.
