The Principle Of Soothing The Liver And Regulating The Stomach And Lowering The Adverse In The Treatment Of Primary Bile Reflux Gastritis (Syndrome Of Liver Qi Invading Stomach)

Objective:The research topics mainly studies the clinical curative effect of the principle of soothing the liver and regulating the stomach and lowering the adverse in the treatment of PBRG(syndrome of liver qi invading stomach),and Observe its clinical curative effect.Method:From January 2016 to January 2017,Select 47 cases of PBRG patients(syndrome of liver qi invading stomach),who received treatment in the clinic First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,The 47 patients were given the clinical curative effect of the principle of soothing the liver and regulating the stomach and lowering the adverse(The main drugs:bupleurum,radix curcumae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Fructus aurantii,bergamot,Amomum villosum etc).a daily one,decoction,twice,lunch and dinner,sooner or later 30 minutes before the firstcourse of treatment for 8 weeks.Control before and after treatment.To observe the change of clinical curative effect and symptom score,bile reflux under endoscopy before and after treatment.The results were statistically analyzed.Results:After the treatment of the clinical curative effect of the principle of soothing the liver and regulating the stomach and lowering the adverse,The total effective rate was 86.84%,The total effective rate of gastric mucosa was 89.47%,the total effective rate of bile reflux was 94.74%,and the total effective rate was 89.47%.In the total score of TCM syndrome,after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased(P<0.01).In the TCM syndrome of single integral,after treatment in patients with stomach ache or pain channeling flanks,fullness in the stomach full,emotion is not smooth,acid regurgitation,heartburn,bitter taste in the mouth,breath,nausea,vomiting,belching and dry stool,integral are compared with those before treatment declined,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.the clinical curative effect of the principle of soothing the liver and regulating the stomach and lowering the adverse can improve the performance of TCM syndrome of PBRG syndrome of liver qi invading stomach type patients.2.the clinical curative effect of the principle of soothing the liver and regulating the stomach and lowering the adverse can improve gastric inflammation and bile reflux in gastroscopy patients with liver stomach disharmony under PBRG.
