Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of chronic gastritis with shugan hewei fang in syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach.Methods:Using random single blind study, choose from spleen and stomach diseases for outpatient cases standard of60Patients with chronic gastritis incoordination between liver and stomach, according to the Proportion of1:1were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,30cases in the general treatment were given on the basis of shugan hewei fang and Yuanhu weishu jiaonang, a course of14days, By comprehensive evaluation of effect,we observe before and after the change of therapy efficacy indicators between group and group. In combination with Safety indicators,we evaluat the efficacy and safety of treatment of TCM syndrome efficacy, TCM syndrome total integral, individual symptoms of syndromes efficacy.Results:1.General data:Two groups of Patients comparison in terms of gender、age、 course of the disease,difference wasn’t statistically significant By the statistical tests (P>0.05).2. effect:the observation group total effectiveness is93.33%, control group total effective rate83.33%, two groups of comparison, difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), shugan hewei fang is better than Yunahu weishu jiaonang;3.Hperadication effect:observation group Hp eradicate rate53.33%, control group eradication rate50.00%, two groups of comparison, difference wasn’t statistically significant (P>0.05);4.TCM syndrome total integral aspects:comparison before and after treatment, two groups of TCM syndrome total integral are falling, difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The observation group in the control group decreased obviously,so shugan hewei fang is better than Yuanhu weishu jiaonang;5.Single of TCM syndrome integral aspects:comparison before and after treatment, in addition to the control group in the aspect of stomachache、 belching, Pantothenic acid, emotional depression, bitter taste bad breath, abdominal distension’s Response rate is93.33%and76.67%、93.33%and83.33%、96.67%and80.00%、96.15and77.18%、92.30%and80.77%、92.59%and73.07%,In addition bitter taste bad breath,difference was statistically significant (P>0.05),The rest was no statistically significant difference (P<0.05).6.gastroscopy effect:observation group total effectiveness respectively90.00%and73.33%, difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:shugan hewei fang has good clinical curative effect with chronic gastritis in syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach,aslo is better than Yuanhu weishu jiaonang.It Can effectively improve the Patient’s Chinese medicine syndrome, especially stomachache、belching-Pantothenic acid、 emotional depression、bitter taste bad breath、abdominal distension, and improve chronic gastritis gastroscopy effect,good recent and forward curative effect and TCM syndrome curative effect,good safety, worthy of clinical Promotion.
