Clinical Study On Effect Of Bushen Huoxue Recipe On Endocardial Receptivity In Infertile Women With Endometriosis

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Recipe in patients with blood stasis type endometriosis?EMs?-related infertility,objectively evaluate its efficacy and safety,and explore its clinical mechanism.Methods:The infertile patients with EMs that met the inclusion criteria were selected and 63 patients with blood stasis type were selected as the study subjects.According to the order of treatment,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given oral Bushen Huoxuefang granules and the control group.Take oral Guizhi Fuling capsules,including 32 patients in the treatment group and31 in the control group.Treatment and observation of 3 menstrual cycles,observed the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment in both groups.Endometrial thickness and type of follicles,endometrial blood Flow PI,RI and endometrial and subendocardial blood flow distribution type,mid-luteal?menstrual cycle 20-23 days?serum E2?P levels.Results:After the treatment group and the control group,the experimental results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,the total effective rate of the control group was 64.52%,the curative effect of the two groups was significantly different?P<0.05?,and the treatment group was superior to the control group;The total effective rate was 96.66%in the treatment group and 77.42%in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups?P<0.05?.The distribution of endometrial blood flow in the treatment group was Type I?53.33%?was the main type,and the control group was type II?41.94%?and type III?35.48%?.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?;4 The endometrium blood flow in the treatment group The PI and RI decreased significantly,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?.5 The serum levels of E₂ and P in the treatment group were significantly increased during the mid-luteal phase?20-23 days of menstrual cycle?.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups?P<0.05?;6 Follow-up six-year pregnancy rate,the pregnancy rate in the treatment group was 40.63%.Group pregnancy rate was 19.35%,significantly better than the control group?P<0.05?.Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Recipe significantly alleviated the clinical symptoms and increased the pregnancy rate in patients with EMs infertility.It was speculated that the mechanism might be closely related to the improvement of endometrial blood flow,the enhancement of endometrial receptivity and the regulation of endocrine function in the luteal phase of the patients.It provides evidence and theoretical guidance for clinical use of drugs.
