Objective : To observe the clinical effect of Quyuhuatan Huoluo decoction to treat rheumatoid arthritis of phlegm stasis and obstruction type. Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Quyuhuatan Huoluo decoction on rheumatoid arthritis of phlegm and blood stasis type, and evaluate its clinical efficacy objectively, and explore its effective mechanism,so as to provide theoretical support and clinical reference for the treatment of this disease. Methods:All cases were selected from outpatients and inpatients in the rheumatology and immunology department of Shanxi Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital. The time of collection was from January 2017 to October 2017.It is expected that the total income will be diagnosed and included.70 patients with standard RA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases each. The treatment group was given a combination of leflunomide tablets and diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets plus Quyuhuatan Huoluo decoction, and the control group was orally administered with leflunomide tablets and diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets. All the above two groups of patients took 12 weeks. After the end of the experiment, data collection was performed.Data analysis was performed using SPSS19.0 statistical software and conclusions were drawn.Results:1.Effects on clinical symptoms and scores: The clinical symptoms and DAS28 and VAS scores were improved in all two groups, and the improvement of clinical symptoms and scores in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.the impact of laboratory observation indicators: the two groups can effectivel y reduce laboratory indicators(ESR,CRP,RF).There is a significant difference(P<0.05)after treatment, and the degree of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C reacti ve protein in the treatment group is better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.influence on the total score of TCM syndrome: there was no significant diff erence between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The scores of syndromes in the two groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, there was a significant difference in the syndrome scores b etween the treatment group and the observation group(P<0.05).4.Influence on the total curative effect of TCM: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.42% after treatment, and the total effective rate in the con trol group was 57.14%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5.side effects: In the two groups, blood analysis, liver and kidney work were detected closely, and no obvious abnormalities were found. The incidence of advers e reactions in the two groups was less and less.Conclusion:1.Quyuhuatan Huoluo decoction combined with western medicine i n treatment of patients with phlegm and blood stasis type of rheumatoid arthritis ca n improve clinical effect, can alleviate the clinical symptoms, signs, and can obviou sly improve the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis type of rheumatoid arthritis i s better than single use pure western medicine.2.Quyuhuatan Huoluo decoction co mbined with western medicine can significantly reduce the acute inflammatory index(ESR,CRP)and autoantibody(RF)in patients with rheumatoid arthritis due to phl egm stasis, which is superior to western medicine alone.3.Quyuhuatan Huoluo dec oction combined with western medicine has no obvious side effects and adverse rea ctions in the treatment of phlegm and stasis type rheumatoid arthritis.
