| Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qutan Huayu Tongbi decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of phlegm and blood stasis obstruction,and to explore the characteristics of its prescription.The purpose of this study is to provide sufficient objective basis for the clinical use of Qutan Huayu Tongbi decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of phlegm and blood stasis obstruction.Methods: 66 patients with rheumatoid arthritis of phlegm and blood stasis obstruction were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 32)and control group(n = 32).The control group was treated with celecoxib capsule and methotrexate tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Qutan Huayu Tongbi decoction for 12 weeks.The main symptoms and signs,TCM syndrome score,ESR(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),visual analogue score(VAS),overall health assessment(GH),disease activity score(DAS28ESR)and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded,and analyzed by statistical software,and then the clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated.Results: A total of 66 patients were included in the study,2 cases were lost,and64 cases were completed.1 Comparison of curative effect after treatment: the effective rate of TCM syndrome was 93.75% in the experimental group and 71.88% in the control group(P <0.05).The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.2 Comparison of inflammatory indexes after treatment: the values of ESR and CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the values in the test group were more significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.3 Compared with VAS,the main symptoms and signs after treatment: joint tenderness,swelling,morning stiffness time and VAS in the two groups were alleviated compared with those before treatment,and the relief in the test group was more obvious than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.4 Comparison of disease activity after treatment: DAS28-ESR in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the decrease in the experimental group was more significant than that in the treatment group(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.5 The total score of TCM syndrome after treatment: the total score of TCM syndrome in both groups was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the decrease in the test group was more obvious than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.6 Overall health evaluation after treatment: GH in both groups was improved compared with that before treatment,and the improvement in the test group was more obvious than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.7 During the period of treatment,there were no serious adverse reactions and no serious adverse events in both groups.Conclusion: The combination of Qutan Huayu Tongbi decoction,celecoxib and methotrexate has obvious curative effect in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of phlegm and blood stasis obstruction.It can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the overall health and TCM syndromes,and reduce inflammatory indexes,and has good safety. |
