| Objective: The subjects of this study were patients with gout arthritis under the premise of gout.The control group and the treatment group in this study were treated with randomized controlled trial method,and the control group and the treatment group were divided into two groups: the control group and the treatment group.To compare the clinical difference between gout paste treatment group and control group in treating gouty arthritis patients with visual analogue pain rating scale(VAS),Maryland)foot function score standard and uric acid value.The therapeutic effect of acupoint application on gouty arthritis was evaluated by observing the above scales and comparing the data.The effective clinical data showed that the therapeutic method of gouty arthritis was not only traditional Chinese medicine,but also traditional Chinese medicine.Treatment also provides a scientific basis for the clinical.Methods: Seventy-two patients with gouty arthritis who met the inclusion criteria were selected for a randomized controlled trial through rigorous screening of patients with gout,and 72 patients with gouty arthritis were enrolled in the randomized controlled trial(RCTR)method,and 72 patients with gout were enrolled in the randomized controlled trial.The two groups were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n = 36)and control group(n = 36)were treated with computer excel table.Treatment methods: self-made gout applied to Yongquan,Sanyinjiao and Aye point treatment group,Zhonghua Tongfengkang capsule as control group,2 weeks after the end of the treatment follow-up.The visual analogue pain scale(VAS),the Maryland foot function scale and the changes of uric acid were used as indexes.The phase data and the data after treatment were statistically analyzed by SPSS19.0software,and the difference of clinical efficacy between gout paste and Chinese Tongfengkang was compared and summarized.Results:(1)intra-group comparisonThe baseline stage of the treatment group and the control group and the subjective evaluation visual analogue score scale pain score and objective evaluation of uric acid value and the Maryland foot score scale of the correlation items of the medical statistical test,respectively,after the treatment of the visual analogue scale pain score and objective evaluation of uric acid value.The results showed that there were significant differences in the two items except uric acid before and after treatment in the treatment group(P < 0.05).There were significant differences among the three observation indexes in the control group(P < 0.05).(2)comparison between groupsThe VAS scores of gout paste group and Chinese Tongfeng Kang group after treatment were tested by independent sample t test.The results showed that there was a significant difference in pain between the two groups(P < 0 05).Eleven factors of Maryland foot scale after treatment in gout group and Zhonghua Tongfeng Kang group were tested by z-test of independent sample.The results showed that there were significant differences in pain and shoe wearing between the two treatment methods(P < 0.01),and that there was a significant difference between the two groups in pain and shoe wearing(P < 0.01).There was no difference in other aspects of Maryland foot score(P > 0 05).The statistical independent sample t test of uric acid between gout paste group and Zhonghua Tongfeng Kang group showed no difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Gout paste is effective in the treatment of gouty arthritis2.The efficiency of gout paste for gout arthritis patients in this clinical study was better than that of Zhonghua Tongfeng Kang3.The pain and shoe wearing of gout patch group were better than those of Zhonghua Tongfeng Kang group in improving joint pain and foot function evaluation in patients with gouty arthritis. |
