| Objective: To observe the curative effect of Decoction of Eight Ingredients on occult bleeding and recovery after PFNA remedy of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in elderly patients,so as to provide help for clinical surgical treatment of this disease.Methods: From January 2018 to January 2019,A total of 60 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur who visited in Two Department of Orthopedic,the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were stochasticly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The patients’ height,weight,preoperative Hb and HCT were recorded.All patients were cured with pfna.On the basis of conventional therapy,On the basis of routine treatment,the observation group was took the preparation of the Decoction of Eight Ingredients on the first day in postoperation,while the control group did not take it.All patients were reexamined blood routine at 1,3 and 7 days in postoperation,and recorded Hb and HCT.The Gross equation was used to calculate the relevant data.On the 7th and 14 th day in postoperation,,the scores of TCM symptoms and Harris scores were recorded,and the diversifications and divergences of curative effect between the two sets before and after therapy were contrasted.Results:(1)Comparison of haemoglobin and hematokrit levels before and after therapy between the two sets.Intergroup comparison: There was no statistical differences in haemoglobin and hematokrit levels between the two sets before therapy(P>0.05),emblematizing comparability;there was no statistical differences in haemoglobin and hematokrit levels between the two sets on the 1st and 3rd days in postoperation(P>0.05),emblematizing that the effect of Decoction of Eight Ingredients was not obvious;there was statistical differences on the 7th day in postoperation(P<0.05),and haemoglobin and hematokrit levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group on the 7th day in the observation(P<0.05).It emblematizd that Decoction of Eight Ingredients could improve the levels of haemoglobin and hematokrit.Intra-group comparison: The levels of haemoglobin and hematokrit on the 1st,3rd and 7th days in postoperation were lower than preoperative in the two sets,The discrepancy was statistically connotation(P<0.05),emblematizing that there was invisible blood loss in postoperation.(2)Comparison of occult blood loss after operation between the two groups.Intergroup comparison: there was no statistical differences in occult bleeding levels between the two sets on the 1st and 3rd days in postoperation(P>0.05);The discrepancy was statistically connotation on the 7th day in postoperation(P<0.05).The occult bleeding levels which in the matched group was outnumberd the observation group.It is suggested that the decoction can reduce the rebleeding after operation.Intra-group comparison:There was a statistical connotation between the two sets on the 1st and 3rd day in postoperation and on the 3rd and 7th day in postoperation(P<0.05).The most occult blood loss occurred on the 3rd day after operation.(3)Comparing the scores of TCM symptoms between the two groups.There was no statistical difference between the two groups before therapy(P> 0.05).On the 7th and 14 th days in postoperation,there was a statistically connotation(P<0.05).It showed that Decoction of Eight Ingredients could improve the score of TCM symptoms.(4)Comparing the scores of Harris between the two groups.There was no significant difference between preoperative and the 7th days in postoperation(P> 0.05),but there was significant connotation on the 14 th day(P<0.05),which indicated that Decoction of Eight Ingredients could ameliorate the joint function in postoperation.Conclusion: Decoction of Eight Ingredients can improve the haemoglobin and hematokrit levels of patients in the PFNA postoperation,and reduce the occult bleeding level of IFF patients in postoperation,it can also ameliorate the joint function and the general condition. |
